“I mean of you've been to one Dunks, you have been to them all. This location only had 2 employees working, so the drive through was a little sluggish. The staff were friendly, and I feel bad as I am sure they catch some attitude for the delays that are beyond their control. Inside is clean and looks like any standard Dunks.“

“Ordered donuts & munchkins for myself & my toddler, who loves donuts (just as much as Life itself). Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite.The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. Was I being a total Karen about the level of cream in my coffee? How about a rogue sprinkle touching my bagel? Nope! I'm not the type of person that complains, unless it's a huge deal, and then I'm still apologizing for complaining. I had ordered my cheddar cheese bagel twist toasted w butter, he handed me a bagel twist, just grabbed it off the rack. So I asked him if he would please toast it, and I could have some butter because by the time I got home it would be nasty. So ya, that's where I went too far. I'm just glad I didn't give him a bad haircut!

Parking: The drive thru cuts right thru the middle of the parking lot, and the exceptional "Big Brain" drivers can't seem to get the concept of pulling up to the vehicle in front of them. So it happens multiple times a day that the line will be so long, you have a traffic back-up due to cars waiting to turn into the lot, but can't get in, thanks to those considerate drivers waiting, that leave a large space, when there isn't room, it blocks

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 wheelchair parking accessible spots right in the front where the entrance is; there are 2 doors one opens on the right, one on the left. The spaces are in front of each door.“

“Dunkin's is usually great. But ever since the main st one closed this one has been busy. Just don't go there in the afternoon. They'll forget parts of your order. Ordered through the app. Had to wait over 5 mins to get the other one made while being ignored by workers. And for $5 drinks they couldn't do them all the way.“

“There is no drive thru here so u have to get out in the heat or the cold ... Good news they make your drink on point. Plenty of parking and wheelchairs can fit thru the door no problem. Plus the staff is very friendly, they take pride in their job. Thank you Staff ?

“I come to this Dunkin all the time to use the wifi for school work, Today I came in they greeted me not even - 1 second as I walked in the door. My food came out in under a minute, the donuts were fresh and my coffee was amazing. Megan I think who is the manager made it quick and accurately. Good job Guys!“

“The staff at *this* Dunkin’ Donuts on Elm St. are always smiling! I’ve been going here several times a week for almost a year now and I cannot say enough about how sweet and welcoming every drive-through employee is! The manager clearly does a great job at hiring passionate people to run the window. I know my coffee will always be right and my sandwich is always on point and I can depend on service always speedy! “Awesome public pool to bring the kids. Pool ranges from toddler to adult. Plenty of spaces to park and areas to lay down a towel or a chair. Ice cream is an added bonus for cooling down. Public pool bathrooms, change rooms and showers is AWESOME“

“This is my favorite Dunkin and I go out of my way to here. I live a mile away from a Dunkin, but yet I drive almost 10 miles (I know!!) to go to this location. I find I always get consistency here. I bring my pup with me and they always offer him a munchkin. I know it may seem silly that I go so far for a coffee, but I know I can be assured I am getting a good coffee!!“

“The workers are fast and efficient with getting everyone through the drive thru. Very friendly and polite. I love the inside. Its great for when I had to meet up with a realtor when I was selling my grandparents house. Plenty of space between tables and to walk without bumping into anyone.“

“I had to find this Dunkin’s page and review them because they’re just so awesome and nice to me every time I go. I’m a regular in the morning and they know my order every time I pull up which might be common but one of the great drive through people at this Dunkin’ is really amazing at drawing and he’s drawn art on my Dunkin cups so now I’m sold.“

“Went thre drive though, they were very rude at the speaker, when I got to the window there was another person there that was actually nice. It took a bit to get my drink and I was th only one in line so I don't understand what the issue was. When I finally got my drink it was made wrong.“
