“I ordered take out so I can’t speak to the atmosphere or service quality but I can absolutely say how I haven’t been that incredibly surprised for a very long time. I have ordered from many Asian restaurants and so often the pictures and descriptions look amazing. However, once delivered and eaten, it was all good, but didn’t have the wow factor! I ordered four different dishes from this place and every single one had the wow factor, it was such an explosion of deliciousness in each and every bite! Do yourself a favor and get your Ginger Exchange on, soooooo yummy!“

“I ordered the quesadillas and miso soup and have to say it was the best quesadillas I have ever had. The meat had so much flavor and there was plenty of sauce to make it even better. The miso soup was wonderful and stayed very warm even after I ordered it and hour before I ate it. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back“

“I loved the whole expeience, the welcome tea, the food, how thoughtful they are with all the little details. Food was good but I think it should be 1 nodge less spicy. I would come back for sure. And the coffee they offered us at the door was so cute 😍“

“Excellent fried chicken. Chicken is of very good quality. Many other places where it is tasty, I find quality of chicken lacking. But here, they do not sacrifice quality or taste. And price is reasonable. Note that parking is a bit difficult since shopnis in main street. Also, only takeout here and it will take time to get your food. So call before at least 30 mins before you reach.“

“I love that they have a combo option where you can get Jjajangmyun & Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour fried pork), and the Tangsuyuk was on point. Very crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Jjambbong was also pretty good and the bowl is really huge. The price is really good compared to the amount of food they give you, and the combo comes at the perfect portion for one person (although it was enough for me to share as well). The Jjajangmyun was good but could use more flavor. Overall, I loved this place and would definitely go again.
Note: you need to ask for a parking permit paper (which the workers will give to you if you ask) to park at the lot behind the restaurant.“

“If you’re craving authentic Korean comfort food in Boston, Seoul Soulongtang in Allston is hands down the place to go. Their signature Soulongtang — a traditional ox bone soup — is deeply satisfying, especially on a cold day or when you just need something hearty and restorative.
My favorite is the classic Soulongtang with brisket and noodles. The broth is rich, milky, and full of umami from hours of slow simmering. I love how they serve it unseasoned, so you can adjust the flavor with the salt, pepper, and chopped scallions on the side — just like they do in Korea. The brisket is tender and flavorful, while the glass noodles have a perfect chewy texture.
Beyond the soup, the banchan here is excellent, especially the house-made kimchi and radish kimchi. They’re fresh, well-fermented, and they complement the mildness of the broth beautifully.
The restaurant itself is cozy and clean with a casual vibe, and the service is consistently quick and friendly. Whether you’re dining solo or with friends, it’s a great spot for an affordable, comforting meal.
If you’ve never had Soulongtang before, Seoul Soulongtang Boston is the perfect place to try it. I always leave feeling full and happy.“

“The egg sando with avocado was very pleasant. Pillowy eggs were encased in the most perfectly seasoned and toasted garlic bread. A generous amount of avocado topped it and was mixed in more towards the center. Although most of the sauce was on top, you could easily add more from their plethora of tasty condiments but was flavorful enough without it.
The half and half corndog was super crispy and very soft and chewy inside. I put a bunch of seasonings on it from their condiment bar along with some garlic sauce and honey mustard sauce. Perfection. You know what else is perfection? The mochinuts. They go crazy. Heavenly —from texture to taste. Praise the Lord!
Service was super kind and helpful as well. This place isn't just OK —it's exceptional.“

“The summer special cold noodles (Mul-naengmyeon) were absolutely delicious! Everything was made from scratch, and the pickled radishes, onions, and spicy fish cake side dishes were just as impressive as the main dish. Make sure to try it before summer ends—you won’t regret it!“

“Incredible experience! Wait staff were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was cooked to perfection for us over a charcoal grill. Very tasty sides dishes. Next time in Boston we will definitely be back. One of our waiters, Jinoh, was in training and gave great service! Hello from Nova Scotia Jinoh!“

“K-Style is a Korean quick service restaurant serving Korean Corndogs and Cupbop.
Staff are friendly, they adapt to the customer's needs and any requests. The corndogs come out quite quickly as well.
The food is good. The corndog is pretty standard and the price is about the same as other places. It's fried pretty well and tastes good, and there's a wide range of sauces available for use.“

“This is my boyfriend and my favorite restaurant in the mass area!! The value of the food is great and it’s delicious but the service is what makes it truly 5+ stars. Alex is truly the most attentive and kind person ever! He’s attended our table so many times and every single time, does a phenomenal job. Thank you so much Alex for everything!! You’re the best 🤩“

“Wow! the food was truly exceptional.
It was so extraordinary that we returned the very next day to explore the dishes we had missed the night before. Every bite reflected care, creativity, and depth of flavor. Highly recommended.
One small note: not everyone is a fan of K-Pop. Reducing the number of screens or lowering the volume ( there is no synchronization between music and screens), could greatly enhance the overall dining atmosphere.“

“A gem of a Korean restaurant. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions with fresh ingredients. The food is ready in a very short time. Also great for take out when you don't want to cook. Perillas has become my husband's go to and favorite meal. We are very grateful for such high quality food in our neighborhood.“

“Solid Korean bowl shop! They are in base so you need access to get in.Their chicken bowl was delicious. I heard their Bulgogi bowl is the best. Bowl prices are low compared to places like chipotle, cava, and mezeh etc. They get busy during lunch so come early or late. Fast and great customer service.“
“This is my go-to place whenever I visit H-Mart food court. We usually visit on weekends and the lady that's always there is so friendly and nice. Very willing to provide extra pickled radishes or to go boxes, or whatever else we might need. It is a food court, and it can get busy, so I'd suggest getting here earlier if you want a table fast as it's first come first server, like any food court. We always get the half and half, whether it be jjajang-tangsooyook or jjamppong-jjajang or whatever else. The portions are great, as you can see in the photos. But the flavor is really good too. Especially on the jjamppong, we love the soup and the noodle. The soup has a kick to it without being overly spicy and has all the flavors of the ingredients infused into it. The noodle soaks up the soup nicely too. And there's a ton of seafood in it as well. Whenever we can, we always get the fried dumplings or goonmandu as well and they are amazing. They are so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. They pair really well with the food. The tangsooyook is also really good in that the sauce isn't too sweet or tangy and the fried pork in it are also very crunchy. We like this place much better than the one down in Boston, which works out since we can just shop at the H-Mart too (and pick up some delicious egg toast from Oh-K Dog to go).“

“This self-served salad bar is perfect! Everything keeps clean and staff wearing gloves. Though they have different choices of Korean food, I was attracted by this fresh variety of salad and it’s so flavorful and tasty. Great for vegetarian and veggie lovers, can’t ask more for this summer ! Highly recommended the place.“

“Food was great as always. I’m a huge fan of this franchise. I wish this location had marked the individual boxes with each flavor. We ordered a lot of chicken, and everything was there, it was just difficult to differentiate between each of the flavors.“

“Justin and his team served at my wedding last month and their cooking and service could not have been better. Our friends and family are still talking about their bibimbap- even my Korean grandmother gave her stamp of approval on the taste and authenticity! Thank you guys again- see you soon!“

“I just finished my Bibimbap and it was exceptional. Every bite was full of bold, balanced flavors that made the whole dish come alive—it truly hit the spot. The ingredients were fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully combined. I’ve dined in before and always appreciated the warm, welcoming staff and their commitment to authentic Korean cuisine. This was my first time ordering online, and the quality remained just as impressive. I also really appreciate the banchan that comes with the meal—it’s such a thoughtful, delicious touch that elevates the entire experience. A solid 10/10—I’ll definitely be ordering again.“

“I ordered the Caribbean chicken rice bowl which came with an omelette. It was pretty good. It was around $14 before tax. The service was friendly. I took off a point because the handicap entrance doesn’t work—the handicap elevator next-door is out of service and the handicap door next-door is locked as well.“

“The plain outlook belies the neat and tidy inside. Went for the grill, tried both chicken and shrimp, and I had ordered the LA galbi as well but had the cook cook it for me so I could pack home. They do give you lettuce so you can eat it as a wrap, and helps you to cook on the grill (see video). Side dishes and the sauces were pretty authentic. Ssamjang (fermented soy paste that is mixed with other sauces for meat lettuce wraps) was a little different, more pale and liquidy. Didn't quite like that one. They do replenish the lettuce somewhat, but not the side dishes. The bowl of rice was good amount. The meat was marinated well. I had similar grilled chicken before but shrimp version was new to me. It was tasty and peeled well. The LA galbi was good too, but a little too little in terms of amount for the price (maybe the meat had shrink during cooking), so gave 4 for service. Lots of options on the menu in both appetizers and main dishes. The seafood pancake was quite thick and oily. Want to try other ones too, curious to see how authentic they are. They also don't have Korean desserts, unfortunately. So please plan accordingly. There is Hmart and Paris Barguette nearby (walking distance), FYI, if want something Korean for dessert as well.“

“The food is excellent, everything is made in house as far as I can tell. The ban chan is always unique and creative. Obviously their Bibimbap is to die for, but their Korean Grill items keep me coming back. The pork belly is divine!! The owners/chefs are probably the sweetest people I have ever met and treat us like family. What a treat to eat!!“
