“The young girl at the front was so nice and clearly very new, even though she was struggling she still had a smile on her face and apologized. She made both of my drinks after she rang them in and they were so good. It’s unfortunate that she didn’t receive any help from peers until asked when she was clearly struggling.“

“This place never disappoints me! Been going here every once and awhile since 2021 and this place is better than most McDonalds locations. The food is always fresh and burning hot, the McFlurrys are perfectly mixed unlike most locations that don’t even care to mix it at all. I have also noticed the ice cream cones have more ice cream than other spots I have been to and they have never messed up one of my orders! “Stopped by to order a couple Boxes of Joe. They were slammed but made a point to greet me with warmth and smiles! They completed my order much faster than I thought they could have. I was super appreciative of their communication as I waited. Everything was packaged up professionally and efficiently. Excellent service on a busy weekday morning.“

“I usually don't do this but I guess I can't let it slide. I'm a regular Customer and I always treat everyone working there with a kind attitude even tho they're slow. But this location should Hire people who can show a little more Pride specially Hiring Teenagers. I understand these kids have to deal with Nasty adults. But one kid looks like he HATES working there. It isnt the first time, I pulled out my StarCard and he said something like "we don't take that here" (signs say that you do and I didn't see any sign that it wasn't working or anything) either he can't do the process or doesn't feel like doing it. Bottom line Everybody has been paitent with me as a customer and has tried their best.“

“This place has the best coffee in town. Their breakfast sandwiches are to die for. Lunch menu is just as good. Cookies, scones and muffins are all delicious. The owners Peter and Siri bend over backwards to please their customers. The register and serving crew Lisa and Isabel are great.“

“Great local spot for some creative espresso drinks and really great tea lattes. Highly recommend the rose matcha. They accommodate me each time by not making it too sweet. Very friendly and attentive staff. And don’t forget their breakfast sandwiches and tacos!“

“Moved here from yelp: I always have a great experience at this location. The management staff are fantastic, even though I miss the ones that have since moved on to other locations (Burlington) or jobs. They always give a friendly greeting and modify drink orders to be just right. I also love that the Cafe Nero app has a student email verification for drink discounts - makes it more cost efficient than Dunkin or starbies.
One note is that you need to ask for the matcha to be made darker green if that floats your boat, and it makes you pay extra for that in the app. The actual matcha powder is quite good though.
One more note is that I have noticed the sandwiches have less content in them then they used to, to the point where now there are entire bites of just bread. I definitely have to inspect the sandwood options now before purchase and cannot buy them on the app ahead of time due to this.“

“Great little hole-in-the-wall local coffee spot and bakery. Small selection of pastries, but everything is delicious and they keep mixing it up with creative new options. Coffee menu also keeps getting new creations featuring interesting, fun flavors.“
