“Best job ever they always getting things correct. Service is impeccable, polite, kind, and caring.“

“I'm local to this place and go frequently. 90% of the baked goods are vegan and theres 3 or 4 menu/sandwich options that are delicious and vegan. On Sundays the owner makes bombolini, and lately there has been atleast one option that is vegan. All the food is perfect every time I go, the coffee is fantastic too.“

“Lunch alone 1200 on a Sunday .. fixed Italian menu 🤓a no brainer , relaxing atmosphere, old wooden bar 6 chairs only 🙏, 2 welcoming staff.. it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had since the North End Boston 2000…A true gem , make reservations , or stop in at noon 🙌❤️ 5 stars ⭐️“

“My husband and I were avid Starbucks espresso drinkers who wanted fresher espresso and started trying different local coffee shops/cafes in the area. Most were really good but Ludlow coffee Co is amazing and honestly top notch. I haven’t found a place I like more. The cold foam is deliciously whipped and doesn’t fall flat. I’ve had several coffee meets with my friends here and we all love the chill vibe it gives as well. Sandwiches and pastries are also delicious and very well made. Good portion size for the price. There are dairy free options such as almond or oat milk. No soy option. Great spot to stop for coffee. I recommend this spot to everyone and stopped looking for my favorite local coffee shop/cafe because I found mine.“

“We’ve gone here 5 times now and love it every time! We get the food as well and it’s just as good as the drinks!“

“First time here, got a delicious latte and bagel with homemade veggie cream cheese! Such an adorable spot, friendly staff, they have merch and other items for sale, and lots of coffee and breakfast options. I will definitely be back!!!“

“Try a Bismark pastry! There Awesome!“

“cheep beer, good times, where all the locals go“

“If I could give 10 stars to the lovely gentleman with the pink leopard hair I'd hit them stars non stop!!! He was an absolute light this morning! Asked for a certain cold foam and they were out, so he asked if I preferred anything specific. Now mind you I haven't tried all the cold foams, so I told him whichever sounds good to him... Not only did he do that such thing, but he made me probably THE MOST amazing matcha I have ever had in my life!! A good conversation, a good fruity drink and a now scheduled hair appointment, I hope to be served by him again!! God bless my new Starbucks bestie 😎💅 this one deserves a raise and high praise bcuz it seems to me that even on hard days he finds a way to shine his light and bring good vibes to everyone he meets. Thankful for this experience I hope this message gets passed along to him!!“

“I go to the same Dunkin donuts everyday n the staff there is very friendly, polite, they listen well to the customers . No problems there . Excellent place to go first thing in the morning to get ur first cup of coffee!

Kid-friendliness: The staff is very nice to the children. N sometimes plays with 5hem n always makes the children laugh n make them go from upset/sad to very happy n ?“

“Alexxxx is my guy he knows my order and its always friendly no matter how busy he is he always acknowledges us and says Hi...the girls are sweethearts always waving and saying Hi with a smile. The atmosphere is awesome nice and quiet. Very nice staff. You also have to take into consideration becuase of one bad employee or one bad situation u shouldn't blame the whole store or every employee.“

“Friendly, helpful staff. Great vibe. Calm, peaceful atmosphere for getting work done, a quick lunch with friends or a coffee date.
They have great hours and are open into the evening. Their options change frequently so it's worth stopping in to see what's new. Today I tried the new Carmel protein latte and it was fantastic. This years teacher gifts came with a Starbucks gift card because every teacher deserves a delicious cup of coffee, a refresher, tea or a bakery item.“

“I know with covid19 thing are different but when stores are open and you only have a drive thru I cant fit with my 80,000 lb truck!!!“

“I order the same drink at every Dunkin I go to and this is the only one that ever gets it just right, very consistently. I get a large ice blended coffee and at other Dunkins, and somehow the coffee and other flavorings melt before the ice does, but one made here leaves flavor all the way through. I thought the flavorless end to the drink was just how they were supposed to be before I got one here. Thank you to the Belchertown Dunkin team.“

“I work there and it’s great! I would recommend it’s a 10/10 for me It can’t get any better everyone is super nice there great service!“

“This is about this particular Starbucks coming to the rescue for my doggy Monty who LOVES his visits to SB! Read on! ********* DD vs SB WARS!!! OK Dunkin' Donuts people, give me what you got! I pull into DD in Utica and get DENIED for a "whip" for Monty (Puppuccino). I offer to pay for it. NOPE. I offer to PAY full price for a cappuccino, just give me some whip. NOPE. I get this answer, "we don't do that here!!" I asked if they have whipped cream. Yes. Then let me BUY some! NOPE!! You mean, I can't PAY you $4 for some whipped cream....that you just told me you have??? You made (my dog) Monty SAD!!!!! So ..THIS nice couple you can't see in the video told me a similar #DD story. They wouldn't sell him an iced coffee...so he had to ask for a cup of ice and regular coffee.🤨 #dunkindonuts #utica....lesson#1: it's about the CUSTOMER! ALWAYS!! #DDUtica FAIL!!!!! Thank you, Starbucks - Ludlow, MA!!! 🙏😍❤ #nobodyputsbabyinthecorner #starbucks #ludlow #totherescue #montyGOThisPuppuccino To see video, @jeripalumbo FB (it's a public post)“

“Big THANK YOU to Dylan today for your patience and understanding while serving my son with a recently discovered food allergy. Your kindness is much appreciated as our family figures out what he is able to ingest. You have no idea how much this meant to me.“

“☕☕🍩🍩 best coffee ever tasty dunkfettie donuts...yummy!!“

“Pumpkin spice ice coffee.“

“I have enjoyed going here in the past however recently the service has been poor. They forgot to put food i ordered in my bag and I didn't realize until I got home and the wraps I did order were overcooked and very hard like they were left out for awhile and not fresh.“

“I went there twice today. One through the drive through an ordered on my app and it was ready when I got to the window which was good. The second time I went there.I went to get a gift card. There were none out, and they had to get some out from under-the-counter, which was probably only 15.And he said , that's all they had , luckily , I got one“
