“I want to make some suggestions rather than saying I do or don’t recommend this place. I’m familiar with Pepper’s, and I like to support hard-working chefs, especially when they use local farms and vendors. The overall concept of self-service is fine, but I preferred the table service of the old restaurant. It felt a little more closed in, and I also don’t like the paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Real utensils were available, though. The salad choices looked really healthy and colorful, and the menu was certainly varied enough. I saw a frittata being served and it was the size of a half piece of pie, though it looked good. My friends and I opted for soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, thinking they would be more like upscale comfort food. Two of us had the bacon-tomato version, the other had the mushroom. Since they were pre-made, then popped in a convection oven, they were more like melted cheese on dry, light toast, versus the buttery, golden goodness that makes a grilled cheese what its name implies. The portion was small and the fillings meager. If the idea was to make it a healthier grilled cheese, even a drizzle of olive oil might help. The soup was luke-warm, but tasty enough. We shared a dessert bar, which was delicious, with black coffee, which didn’t taste fresh like it had ben sitting a while. Be forewarned that if you pay by credit card, an automatic 15 percent tip is added, though you have the option to change it up or down, if you happen to notice it. There wasn’t much service involved, and you clear your own table. My portion alone, which included the sandwich with chips, a cup of soup, dessert bar, and coffee, plus added tip came to just under twenty dollars. I would give it another shot, but there is room for improvement. We all agreed that the dining experience was at a grade of about C+. Wishing you success in the future... Hope this helps.“

“I did not believe the 4.9 rating so I had to come and check it out for myself. And I can say it is well deserved. All of their drinks are phenomenal. Their bowls are unique and so tasty and overall fairly healthy. I drove with my bowl back to Boston and despite that hour of travel it was still delicious. Would definitely come back and explore the market Edenish is located within. I can say that after coming here I could see taking a day trip from Boston and exploring Worcester a little bit more.“

“I haven't had Chick-fil-A since I worked here many, many, years ago. I have craved it ever since. Everywhere I live, there is never a Chick-fil-A nearby, but my new job requires me to commute further than I normally would and this Chick-fil-A is close to where I work, which gave me an excuse to try it again. They have changed a lot (in a positive way) since my last time visiting. There was not a line when I pulled up. I was welcomed, my order was taken accurately by a friendly employee, and I did not feel rushed. My food was ready in no time and everything including the fries were hot! Highly recommend and will definitely return.“

And i’ve never had any issues. I typically order through door dash & have never had an issue when customizing my order, and it always arrives exactly the way it should. I’ve seen some reviews say they didn’t receive order correctly and things of that nature, but maybe if you like your order so custom, call ! After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. 07/01/20 WOW...pardon the pun but they have beefed up the drive-thru service ! Organized and accurate.
08/28/24 Got the pimento sandwich (really good last season) but it was not the same as last time. Smaller, very little sauce or cheese. Disappointed. Will try it at another location.“

“I just had the meatball sandwich and potato salad. Honest review....the meatballs are AMAZING, the bread was very fresh and delicious. Very messy to eat but worth every napkin used!! “I get lunch here a few times a week as I work close by. I only have a 30 min lunch so I always order through the app and use the super convenient curbside pickup. I never have an issue with my food or service. Today my lettuce in my salad was pretty rotten. I called to let them know so they could toss what they had left and wouldn’t have any other complaints. Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal. 10 minutes later the manger was at my work dropping off coupon cards for me! What incredible service! She is the manager and she is running food for curbside, answering phones, AND driving to peoples work to make orders right?!?!? Someone give this woman a raise! And everyone reading this please be nice to your food service workers. They are feeding us during a global pandemic. Thank you!“

“My daughter loves the thin crust pizza that only Domino's has. This place is very reliable, I mean, we don't have surprises which is good because my daughter always want the pizza the same way. There is always an offer on their website and we always pay less than the original price. I also like that I can track when the pizza is ready. The employee are nice.“

It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“
