“I want to make some suggestions rather than saying I do or don’t recommend this place. I’m familiar with Pepper’s, and I like to support hard-working chefs, especially when they use local farms and vendors. The overall concept of self-service is fine, but I preferred the table service of the old restaurant. It felt a little more closed in, and I also don’t like the paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils. Real utensils were available, though. The salad choices looked really healthy and colorful, and the menu was certainly varied enough. I saw a frittata being served and it was the size of a half piece of pie, though it looked good. My friends and I opted for soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, thinking they would be more like upscale comfort food. Two of us had the bacon-tomato version, the other had the mushroom. Since they were pre-made, then popped in a convection oven, they were more like melted cheese on dry, light toast, versus the buttery, golden goodness that makes a grilled cheese what its name implies. The portion was small and the fillings meager. If the idea was to make it a healthier grilled cheese, even a drizzle of olive oil might help. The soup was luke-warm, but tasty enough. We shared a dessert bar, which was delicious, with black coffee, which didn’t taste fresh like it had ben sitting a while. Be forewarned that if you pay by credit card, an automatic 15 percent tip is added, though you have the option to change it up or down, if you happen to notice it. There wasn’t much service involved, and you clear your own table. My portion alone, which included the sandwich with chips, a cup of soup, dessert bar, and coffee, plus added tip came to just under twenty dollars. I would give it another shot, but there is room for improvement. We all agreed that the dining experience was at a grade of about C+. Wishing you success in the future... Hope this helps.“

“I did not believe the 4.9 rating so I had to come and check it out for myself. And I can say it is well deserved. All of their drinks are phenomenal. Their bowls are unique and so tasty and overall fairly healthy. I drove with my bowl back to Boston and despite that hour of travel it was still delicious. Would definitely come back and explore the market Edenish is located within. I can say that after coming here I could see taking a day trip from Boston and exploring Worcester a little bit more.“

“I just had the meatball sandwich and potato salad. Honest review....the meatballs are AMAZING, the bread was very fresh and delicious. Very messy to eat but worth every napkin used!! I am obsessed with the chocolate lovers mini cakes, it has such a unique and moist taste I ended up making a large order for one of my holiday parties and they were a huge hit! I also highly recommend the meat and rice dinner meals, they are very filling and fresh.“

We were a big party of high schoolers; we didn’t know how the tipping had worked but he was very patient with us and kept re-explaining. We had also had to split the bill and he had split the bill for us and allowed us to pay in various of payments. Also, we were celebrating a birthday and he got us a candle and lighter to celebrate. Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

I occasionally buy an asiago bagel or coffee as thanks for having stellar facilities. The asiago bagels are awesome and you should eat some. But they usually sell out early, by lunch, so that's a bummer.“

“I get lunch here a few times a week as I work close by. I only have a 30 min lunch so I always order through the app and use the super convenient curbside pickup. I never have an issue with my food or service. Today my lettuce in my salad was pretty rotten. I called to let them know so they could toss what they had left and wouldn’t have any other complaints. Manager offered to refund my money and I said no. Not a big deal. 10 minutes later the manger was at my work dropping off coupon cards for me! What incredible service! She is the manager and she is running food for curbside, answering phones, AND driving to peoples work to make orders right?!?!? Someone give this woman a raise! And everyone reading this please be nice to your food service workers. They are feeding us during a global pandemic. Thank you!“
