Chocolate flavor was ok, and for a soft serve "milkshake" it was good. Service and atmosphere....it's in a good court....so not really there for service and atmosphere.“

“I'm updating my new favorite here. Orange sherbert freeze. It's so refreshing. They combine sherbert, seltzer water, and syrup. I have them add a pump of raspberry syrup. It's so good!!! The presentation of the food is impeccable and the staff is very attentive, making sure the water is filled and that the check is ready when we were finished. “OMG, a hidden local gem. Amazing ice cream and very cute little candy store. Has the historical feel. I bet it will bring nostalgia to some people. The Matcha strawberry ice cream was one THE best Matcha I've had. The pistachio had real pistachio in it that you actually chew the nuts. The pecan maple syrup was disappointing. Just tasted bland. Unfortunately you can only try two flavors before making the selection (and I went for pistachio and pecan maple) so I couldn't try others. Price is really recent for the amount you get. Please be mindful that these ice cream contain ALCOHOL though, and there are limited non-alcohol options. Planning to come again to try their other sundaes and tea/ice cream floats. Would highly recommend!“

“It would've been better if the employees took control of the situation with the customers. When I got there, there was only one line and it would split off when a window was open. Next thing you know new people showed up and started making their own lines. Took way too long between the moment I got in line to when I actually got served.“

This place is reasonably priced, moves the line quick, and most importantly has THE best Richardson’s ice cream. My favorite is the peanut butter oreo! Not just dog friendly but dog lovers! The girl who took my order loved my dog and even told me that they can have soft serve vanilla! Now me and my dog can get a tasty treat from this amazing shop!“

“In a city with so many well regarded ice creameries, Lizzy’s deserves way more credit than it gets. The ginger flavor here is absolutely incredible (one of the best scoops in the city IMO), and pairs amazingly with the chocolate orgy or Colombian fudge avalanche (both well worth eating on their own).“

“I am beyond grateful for the young man that answered my desperate phone call after a 3rd party delivery service application experienced a technical error.
The result was not receiving our entire order, and my 7 year old daughter, who is home sick, was missing her frappe that I had promised.
Although I never caught this employee's name, who was super kind and professional on the phone, within 25 minutes, he personally drove to our home to deliver the missing item!

Ordering is efficient, orders are fulfilled accurately and quickly, and employees resolve any issues quickly and respectfully. Flavors are posted legibly and the variety of flavors is excellent. There is a parking lot, which is nice, and indoor seating and ordering which is helpful in the winter.“
