“This was one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had. We’ve heard about Giulia for months now, reputed as one of, if not the best Italian restaurant in Massachusetts, which meant we had extremely high expectations going in. Combined with the difficulty of getting a reservation due to the popularity (with many nights waiting at 12am sharp hoping that I refreshed fast enough), and finally we had secured a reservation.

The food is heavenly. We ordered the erbazzone and grilled rosemary flatbread for appetizers, and both were so delicious— especially the erbazzone, which was probably the tastiest appetizer I have tasted. I still crave it as I am writing this, and my girlfriend feels the same way. The flatbread was also amazing, though the erbazzone trumps almost anything from the night.

My girlfriend ordered the vegetarian bucatini, and I ordered their famous wild boar pappardelle. Both pastas were excellent, though not as standout as the appetizers. It was really nice to note that they deducted the price for the vegetarian pasta from 28 (which would include meat) to 18, which we really appreciated.

Finally, we ordered the yogurt panna cotta with beach rose, toasted coconut and winter citrus for dessert. Oh my god, this is the greatest food I have tasted in eons. My girlfriend thinks it’s the best thing she has eaten (and we’re both very judgy with food!). Neither of us had thought we would enjoy anything rose-flavored so much, with the taste recurring with each bit of saliva, slowly dissipating with time. It is as if rose bloomed in our mouth, slowly melted to our tongues, and withered away as we bit away and let it wither. The sweetness gave way for the rose, and the rose enhanced the coconut and yogurt tastes. We should have ordered another one.

Overall, this was probably one of the top three meals in my life, and certainly best in the New England area. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to go, and honestly it might even be better to just order their appetizers and desserts without pasta. Their pastas are good, but the appetizers and desserts are on a whole different level. 11/10 experience. Also cute seatings outside on a beautiful afternoon. A shame we forgot to take pictures of the appetizers and desserts because they were SO GOOD. Keep in mind the portion size might be a bit smaller than you would like, but in my opinion it adds to the experience. I hope they get a Michelin recommendation at least, if not a star this year.

“I have walked by this place for 3 weeks while here on business and they were not opened 😩!! Finally I asked people at the Encore and they had no idea when they were open which was very disappointing! That being said I SCORED!! Friday and Saturday they are open and let me tell you they should be open way more often as this place was beyond phenomenal!! The two stand outs that seriously make this place amazing are Rich and Ayoub!! Honestly the presentation on my board was phenomenal and I forgot to take a photo before devouring it! “Everything about Limoncello’s is terrific. I started back in the early 2000’s having lunch when visiting family that lives in Chelsea. Then we came this past summer for my son’s 10th birthday. We dined there Friday and Saturday night this past weekend because my son loves it so much. If you haven’t tried it, then get there! It’s the best I’ve had in the North End! Maurizio is a gentleman and his family treated us wonderfully. Chico is a great server and LuLu is quick witted, kind, and BEAUTIFUL! I’ve gone there several times since my last review…absolutely still top notch! I met 22 of my classmates there Sunday night…we had our own room downstairs after pregaming with wine upstairs! Absolutely THE BEST place to have a party with excellent food! I will find out the maximum of people they hold…we had such an amazing evening! Food was excellent service was excellent….anything you can think of was excellent! I will never go anywhere else in Mass for Italian….Vinnys stole my heart a long time ago and is still the absolute best Italian food around! Thank you Vinny’s!!!! We all had the BEST TIME EVER‼️“

“Mark and Toni's in the Cushing Square area of Belmont is a great casual lunch and dinner spot. The pizzas are cooked in a coal fired oven that heats the pizza at a very high temperature so they are ready quick. It's a thin Neapolitan style pizza with fresh toppings. I recommend the buffalo chicken pizza, pepperoni or vegetable if you are a vegetarian. Also not to be missed are their coal fired chicken wings, burgers, salads and cheesesteak subs. They also have a beer and wine bar. Order at the takeout counter and then they will come over to the bar to serve you is my best advice as there isn't always a server at the bar. Also, the owner Vahe is a very nice man and welcoming to all guests. It's a local family run business.“

We just picked up some freshly sliced prosciutto here, and it was incredible—melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly aged, and full of rich flavor. You can taste the quality and craftsmanship in every bite.“

His recommendations were spot on — from the cocktails and calamari to my husband's 26oz cowboy ribeye and my filet mignon with crab cake. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the sides were delicious. Dessert was a highlight, especially the bread pudding, which outshone even the excellent cheesecake.
