“The ladies are the best in the JFK Street Dunks

Parking: It's Cambridge. You can't park nor drive on the streets of Cambridge so of course there's no parking. Cambridge is trying to do away with 100% of parking on the streets. Isn't Camb wonderful? Pathetic“

“Not only was my coffee ready quickly, but the employee at the counter saw me walking in the direction of the bathroom and buzzed to unlock the door for me without me having to ask. I have been in DD locations thousands of times and never had that happen once. Thank you!“

“Very tasty sandwiches plus the counter cashier can speak good Urdu and Hindi despite belonging from Nepal.Rates are reasonable and not overpriced at all. 24 hours service makes it a popular place for food if you arrived late night in the city. Defiantly going their again.“

“I really love this café!! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the outdoor seating area is absolutely lovely!

My only small issue is that the outdoor tables are often dusty. It would be even better if they were cleaned more regularly :/

“I arrived at perfect timing to pick up my friend from their train only to find out it was delayed much longer than I was allowed to sit in the passenger pickup spot.

But then I caught the Dunkin' Donuts only parking. No line because it was between trains, parking when I needed it most, and a quick snack before heading on instead of paying for parking :)

“This Dunkin' always makes my day when I stop by for my morning coffee M-F. Such friendly staff and lots of really nice people come sit inside. I have never seen this location empty. The food is great and if anything is wrong they will remake it for you with no questions asked (although this has never happened to me). The online orders are ready on time and they talk to me even when I am just coming in to pick it up! Such friendly staff. Highly recommend.“

I had to order a large quantity of coffee and a whole bunch of other treats, and they delivered everything quickly, efficiently, and mannerly while also exuding an extremely welcoming atmosphere. I loved their service so much. I wish I had asked for their names to highlight how great they were.“

“I am absolutely amazed this is the only Duncan's location out of literally all of them across Massachusetts that I've been to that had the perfect tasting New Ham croissant everywhere else the croissant comes out cold in the Middle with a horrible freezer burn taste this one tasted amazing“

“Like two weeks ago, either I accidentally ordered the $6 meal twice or the app malfunctioned and ordered and charged me twice. Either way, I was told to just take both and come back the next day and they’d give me a free one — already a very nice way of handling the situation. Except I forgot to come back the next day. I came in yesterday, two weeks later, and mentioned it to the same person I had talked to after it happened. She said to just come back tomorrow and she’d give me the meal for free then. It was very kind of her to remember and to do that. Most places would just say it was my fault and/or to take it up with the people who run mobile orders on the app. Almost no one would let two weeks pass and still do that. I really appreciate her kindness and wanted to highlight how she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. Thank you!“

“I ended up going to this location because the one in Kendall Square was out of Boxes O' Joes. Turns out that was one of the best series of events to have occurred. The whole time the staff here treated me with an extremely friendly and inviting atmosphere, on top of being really fast and efficient with my order. I'm definitely heading back whenever I can!“

“I know it seems a little bit out of character to write a “5 star” review for a chain (I feel like everybody just comes on here review sites to complain tbh), but I had to acknowledge the young gentleman and nice woman working the counter today. Super friendly and very helpful. I wish more restaurant chains would step up their service like these people did. It doesn’t take much to just have a positive attitude, but we all have things going on in life so I don’t take it personally regardless.

Obviously the croissant stuffer wasn’t perfect (This seems to be an issue at almost everywhere that I’ve been to, because it’s never warmed fully in the middle), but I don’t fault them. I never expect Dunkin’ food to “wow” me (please bring more slider though, those are sooooo good) The coffee is always done right and that’s all that matters.“
