The service was nice in general, and especially the guy taking orders was helpful and kind. I don't know his name, but I know his brother is also named Jorge.“

“Food was great I've had Mike and Patty's twice both times food was delicious only constructive criticism I have is with the app it doesn't allow for you to customize as you please for example had the steak and cheese. The first day came out awesome week. Later was trying to try the bomb steak and cheese.
But I don't eat mushrooms, and it didn't allow me to take out the mushrooms only what cheese I wanted, or if I wanted cheese or not.
That's my only complaint.“

“Went a few weeks ago Saturday morning and went back again today, 12/28 in the morning. Good food and service. However there are only 4 booths and high stools. I can’t sit on a high stool and I know that someday there won’t be any tables available. Otherwise great place.“

Toast was nice and buttery Kielbasa was cooked to perfection and eggs were perfect sunny . Friendliness and Hospitality of the staff were amazing ! . “I love this place. I just opened a business right down the street, so I knew the location was good- but after i found this place not even a minute walk away, i am never moving. Get the pastrami sandwich, everything on it. You wont be disappointed. Also service is always 10/10“

Went to Mike and Patty’s in high rise and they had no bacon so we left and found this place. 2 egg, toast, homefries and bacon with coffee for two was $20. Total. “I've often walked past this great place during my daily walks. The blinds were always down, so I thought it wasn't open. However, when my sister visited from Quincy earlier this week, we decided to have breakfast there. Peter’s Sunrise did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. My sister even said the toast was the best she had ever had at a breakfast restaurant. The coffee is good too. The service was welcoming as well. Today will be my 4th time having breakfast there. I highly recommend it.“

“I have been going to Maryann's for a while. Its a local breakfast and lunch place. All the food is cooked to order by Bob the Owner. I usually go for Breakfast but Lunch items are available as well. It is usually a 1 person operation except for Saturdays when Georgia usually works as a Server. Coffee is freshly brewed and very tasty. it is cash only but the gas station across the road has an ATM. Give them a try.“

“Busy and the workers go through so many customers so quickly! I think the part that I liked the most is how genuinely nice the team members were.

The 1 star deduction is because there were very few seats at the side bar, and I overheard many other customers complain under their breath that they couldn't find a seat.

Dunkin Donuts coffee isn't as strong as at other places, but it sure tastes good!“

“Came here by total accident. Seriously … I was thinking of a different restaurant when I accidentally clicked on this one. So happy for the mistake because this place is so quaint and yummy!!!

From the outside … and honestly on the inside too, it’s very underwhelming. However, once you experience the home town friendliness and delicious, diner-like food, you really forget about the ambiance and instead … enjoy the diner-next-door vibes and hominess.

The place is small, but I appreciated the online “waitlist” feature. It goes by a lot quicker than expected. I had to re-put myself on the waitlist cuz we weren’t at the restaurant yet. This place also has a “order at the counter” first and then get seated situation, which helps things move along and turn tables over, but I’d have to say that this is my least favorite part. You get more fast food vibes than dining in vibes.

The food, however, was definitely worth it. They have a large menu with amazing coffee drinks. The coffee drink I got was probably my favorite part. The food is also really good and feels like breakfast without being too greasy and heavy feeling. I came here for breakfast, but I definitely want to try their lunch menu too. I’m glad my family and I stumbled on this place by accident cuz I definitely discovered a gem in the rough.“

“The BYO lox bagel. Btw not an issue at all that the toppings were on the side. It was 10/10 the best I’ve ever had. Came with the right amount of everything so if you wanted more or less, it was up to you. Ofc onion, tomato and capers. Suggest with jalapeño cheddar and scallion CC. Cant wait to show my sister this place. I know she’d love it too.“

“This place is great. I am not a breakfast person so I go for lunch. Two great items are the burgers and the fried haddock sandwich with steak fries. Burger always cooked the way you like it. I like well done. Fried haddock is considered a special item but usually available. This is delicious if you like fried items. I am there every Saturday for lunch. Give this place a try. You will not regret it.“

“When I lived in Dorchester, I could hardly believe how old this is. Build 84 years before this became a country outstanding! There are a lot of historical buildings in Boston, they are a must-see when you visit. Just try to street clear of the Mass ave nonsense.“

“Small neighborhood greasy spoon diner with generous portions and an excellent breakfast menu. Numerous daily specials including omelets, stuffed French toast and benedicts. I had the William Wallace omelet with fresh apples inside for a sweet savory and my girlfriend had one with avocado, broccoli and spinach. Service was polite and self service coffee was available. Not necessarily a destination for brunch but a nice place if you live in the neighborhood.“

This location is fantastic. My dad and I ate here on New Years Day. It was pretty busy for a holiday and considering the weather was bad. I got the original pancakes and I'm not sure what my dad got. Food was fantastic, literally the best pancakes I've ever had. Service was also very good. I'm definitely coming back.

I think some people just love to complain. No complaints from me. We were in and out in under 40 minutes. Food is delicious“

“What a beautiful gem I found. The actual owner took my order. The food was great, but the atmosphere, and the conversation that was served was even greater. It was my first time, but not my last. “I don't know if he was the owner or just one of the employees there, but the gentleman name Assiss was super awesome! My friend and I were a bit famished, but didn't want to buy food just yet. We both had something small in mind to hold us over. Muffins popped into my mind. We saw and drove by Mass Hole Donuts and thought of trying is, but didn't quite want sugar. We kept driving down the street when we saw Magnificent Muffin. We slightly passed it and immediately placed the vehicle in reverse and parked right out front. We got out only to find out they had just closed. The guy was behind the counter and I was pleading with him to open the door and he did. He told us he was out of muffins as they go fast. We were bummed. When he saw our reaction he offered to make us something else. We both ordered jalapeno bagels with cream cheese. He ended i'm finding a few tiny muffins left and gave it to us. The whole experience, the food everything was spectacular.Thank you, sir. We appreciate you!“

“This may sound silly but I had the best breakfast sandwich of my life here this morning. Everyone in my 4 person party were thrilled with their choices (3 breakfast sandwiches and a grilled and buttered blueberry muffin and side of sausage) I’m not a big egg fan but the sandwich sounded so good. The eggs were cooked perfectly and balanced with the right amount of meat and cheese. The English muffin was cooked to a perfect crisp. Not only that but EVERYONE working there was so friendly and welcoming. It was our last day in Boston and I only regret not finding this place sooner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ll be thinking about that breakfast sandwich for a long time.“

“The food was good, we ate it all. But what bothered me was that the tip was included. I know places when it’s more than 6 they automatically add it, but it was 4 of us. We ordered a meal and a drink each. Just a quick lunch. The server quickly said ‘sign and the tip is there’ charged 18%, he lost out a bit, because we tend to leave 20%. Can it be that people don’t tip or give leave a small amount, and he decided to include it in the total. It didnt say suggested, it was added.“

“This was so much better than last year. The food & drink choices were interesting & tasty. This year's musical entertainment was outstanding! The move to ordering & paying by QR Code made life so much easier. We didn't have to try getting the attention of the servers. They cleared away dirty items (which they did not do last year). I did notice servers standing around talking with each other while we were waiting to be served. But one server jumped right on it after I mentioned it. So everything was better. Can't wait to return. Ok - I returned the next night. Different band so a different vibe. This was even better. The service was better. You've really improved the customer experience so thank you. If I lived anywhere near Boston I would be a regular customer. Great job. I look forward to being in attendance next year.“
