Overall . The view and atmosphere were phenomenal, the beers were good, and the food was respectable but it didn't blow us away. Definitely a fun place to bring family and friends in the warmer months.

“We LOVE Island Creek Oysters!! They are truly the best oysters in the country. We’re picky, self-proclaimed oyster aficionados, and these never, ever disappoint. We have them shipped to our house about once a month, and we recently visited the farm in person. Fabulous! The tour was excellent and informative, and we even got to enjoy beautiful oysters right in Duxbury Bay. An incredible experience all around!“

“Went to the Oysterman in Scituate. The most amazing meal from start to finish. We had oysters, ceasar salad, pork chops,swordfish. It was amazing. The staff was even better. Never missed a beat !!! “Our first time here and we’ll be back to try more of this eclectic menu. Bartender Lewis and his colleagues were pleasant and reliably there when we needed them. We enjoyed the seafood pie with lovely crust topping, and the Dijon salmon with mustard sauce and roasted sweet potatoes provided a delicious combination of flavors. Decor includes stone, with bar walls made of staves from Jack Daniel’s barrels. Cool spot - definitely add it to your list.“

Maybe because they didn't tell us until after that they apply an automatic 20% tip onto your bill if party of 6 or more - even if 4 adults and two kids ages 6 and 4 years old. Maybe that's why service was poor as she had a guaranteed tip and didn't have to work for it. deserved 5%.“

“We had a wonderful experience at Oro. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so pleasing. We celebrated two High School graduates. One from Michigan who is going to Stanford and the other from Utah who will be attending the University of Utah. Everything went as planned. We especially want to thank Tatum who planned everything out for us. She answered all our questions and helped make the evening such a success. Only suggestion would be sound absorption! Pads on ceiling? It can get uncomfortabley loud when full. Overall, this is our go- to spot. Easy parking.“

“One of our favorite Italian restaurants in the South Shore is Mia Regazza in Marshfield. The restaurant is spacious, featuring a bar, dining rooms, and outdoor seating during the summer. The service is friendly and professional, and the dining rooms maintain a pleasant noise level. The food is excellent, with the chicken Parmesan being a standout dish. Parking can be challenging during dinner hours, so it's recommended to arrive a bit early. It is definitely recommended.“
