“my 2 friends and I went to Strawberry Fair restaurant yesterday. one friend we hadn't seen in years. we've known each other since we were 12. our hostess and waitress were excellent. we stayed over 2 hours reminiscing. Then when we tried to take a selfie before we left and our waitress came outside and offered to take the picture. it came out great!! I highly recommend this restaurant.The food was delicious!!! Cute environment service was decent food was absolutely disappointing, ordered buffalo Mac and cheese it was so watery and tasteless I decided not to complain or send it back. When we were ready to leave the older waitress asks me if I wanted a box. I declined politely and was then asked if I was full???? Ummm no and as I’m trying to be polite you’re gonna make me insult the cooking anyway. SMH so I did so when I was then asked if I just did not like it. I replied absolutely not a d got the nastiest look. Lmao just a brief word of advice… when someone’s plate is still FULL of their meal and it’s pushed to the side MAKE THE CONNECTION instead of all the questions and ridiculous comments and also keeps your eye rolls to yourself. “We held the Pembroke Council on Aging's Volunteer Luncheon there on April 14th. From the start of planning to the end of the event Debbie and her staff were on point. Debbie was very easy to work with and I would go back there in a heartbeat.“

“Somewhere Else Tavern along Rte. 127 in Bryantville/Pembroke, Mass. I must say I've been at the building, since 2009 (15 years) when it was "Old School". It was a building then, a bar/restaurant of sorts, but now it is someplace special. Since Lori and Jayson, who also own the "Fork in the Road" delicatessen in Bryantville and the Olde Hitching Post restaurant in Hanson, took over the restaurant and renamed it, it is now a place for excellent food, beverages, and a wonderful, wonderful group of people, their patrons. What makes Somewhere Else truly special is that on almost every night, Jayson, Lori, or Lori's sister, Lee Ann, will be there taking care of their customers..... their friends. This past Sunday, was Lori's birthday and EVERYONE was included to celebrate her birthday, Chinese food (seemingly Lori's favorite), cake and ice cream shared with all. But best of all, was not the food, but the celebration of friendship.... Thank you Lori, Jayson and Lee Ann. For those of you who have not stopped by, do so. “Ok. So this place is awesome. Having Lebanese family, I know good middle Eastern food. The menu here is a little all over the place. A little Greek a little Lebanese. I was not expecting the awesome goodness that came with the food. The grape leaves are like something your grandmother would make from the grape vines in the back yard. Highly recommend.“

My only critiques - 1. they serve crinkle cut fries. by choice, I'm assuming? And 2. If you're sober and hate Pepsi products, you're out of luck.
