“Omg. The bread here is delicious!!! The sandwiches are fresh and there is a great beverage selection. I am personally a very picky eater and it do not like chain sandwich shops but the shot table us different. My go to sandwich is a small tuna with Craisins lightly grilled. Sometimes they cook it for too long and it gets really hard but if that happens let them know and they will remake your sandwich for you free. I'd say nine times out of 10 my sandwich is perfect..“

“My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!“

“First time visiting. Love the atmosphere & decor. We were seated right away for a Friday night dinner with no reservation. Service was great. Meals were fantastic! We had Chicken Parmesan and Gorganzola on Main. The portions were so large that I had two more meals of the chicken gorganzola to bring home (not a complaint). Definitely worth it! My only negative comment is that there was supposed to be spinach in that dish and if it was there, it was cut too small to find. We will go back!“

“The moment you sit down you are greeted by those famous warm breadsticks and a huge bowl of fresh salad which is easily the best part of the experience. I love the cozy atmosphere with the soft lighting and stone accents because it makes you feel like you are having a relaxed family dinner in an Italian villa. The menu is packed with classic pasta dishes and creamy sauces that are always consistent and incredibly satisfying. It is a fantastic spot for a comfortable meal where you can count on friendly service and plenty of food to go around.“

“Absolutely love their milkshakes! My family will only order their pizza since we've moved to Chicopee and we have tried a few other places. Always the right amount of cheese and sauce and always fresh and hot! Also I'm celiac so I always order their gluten free pizza! They have been a life saver as to me being able to enjoy a delicious pizza that won't hurt me!!!! Love this place and staff is always so pleasant“

“Panera is a known quantity. The food is decent. A few observations.
-If you order on the screen, it tells you to pick up your self service drink cup and get started while you are waiting. You won't see the cup until your order is ready.
-The feta cheese in every feta containing item is the low quality cow's milk feta. Fortunately you won't get so much of it that it becomes offensive. (said by someone who truly does not care for domestic feta and loves the real sheep/goat-milk genuine feta)“

“After browsing through Facebook I spotted a plate of fish& ships and my friend and I drove in from South hadley for a taste, We Loved it very much. Great Food,and great Customer service.“
