The crispy and tasty fries for only $3.00 as a side were a delightful addition to the meal. “It doesn't look like much from the outside but we were pleasantly surprised how great the did and service was. The Shepards pie was outstanding. Others got the Reuben and a chicken sandwich and said they were great. The waitress was prompt and efficient. General atmosphere is a sports bar.“

“Killer wings! We are definitely wing “snobs” and these are the best local wings in the area . Meaty , sauced and cooked perfectly and had that crispy exterior that makes wings go from good to great . Friendly bartender suggested the wings and who also made a great expresso martini ! We will be back. A little bit upset we haven’t been here for wings previously because we only live 10 mins away . That’s about to change!“

“I ordered the Two Eggs, Bacon, and Toast for ~ $11 and would definitely recommend! I organized the food into two breakfast sandwiches and it was delicious. The perfect serving size for me, left only crumbs on the plate.Everyone in my party also enjoyed their meals. We don’t suggest the burgers or cranberry juice, but the fries, ham, and everything else was very good.I wish there was beautiful art on the walls and the channel the tv was on wasn’t my taste. But the service was fast and the person who served us was lovely. :)“

“What a great place. Even though I only live a short drive from here, I hadn't visited for years. My mistake. Even on a very busy weekend morning, we were seated promptly, and our order taken. The coffee was hot and delicious. Our breakfasts were exactly what we were expecting, and perfectly prepared. Service was attentive and I noticed the whole staff was cooperating to make sure guests were happy. Everyone was very friendly. Will definitely be back.Parking: Parking is easy.“

They have live music, but left before the musicians started.Ordered a couple of apps - fried pickles and bourbon wings. Apps were served fast, fresh and hot. Robust portions are great for sharing.Bartender was the only one on site - she juggled inside and outside quite nicely. Checking in frequently on her customers.“

“Upscale American fare food options, lots of drink choices both, tons of tvs if you're into sports but not loud where you can't enjoy your meal and talk. Prices are fair and service is always great when we visit. Plenty of tables and bar space so we've never had to wait even though they are usually busy. Highly recommended.“

“Tried Tony & Penny's yesterday for the first time for lunch. Dined with my fiance & Father, who had been here before & had positive things to say. We were told that we could seat ourselves & enjoyed a very nice meal. The atmosphere was comfortable, clean & cozy. Specials were listed upon entering. Our waitress was friendly & pleasant. Service was great. My Dad ordered the Cajun swordfish, which he liked & had the kale soup with that, he also said was good, my fiance got the Roast Sirloin & mashed potatoes/veggies & a salad, he was happy with his choice, and I ordered the Chicken Francaise over linguine, and the chicken soup, which I enjoyed. Everything was delicious & freshly made, you could tell. Overall, I think Tony & Penny's is a nice restaurant that I would definitely recommend. They also have a private banquet room, for special functions/occasions. I don't venture out to Ludlow often, but I would stop in again, if in the area! “Had the best prime rib dinner ever last night at Joanna’s. The meal wasn’t skimpy by any means. Definitely worth the price. Not only got a salad but a fresh vegetable that was seasoned just right. The prime rib was like butter, so tender. Will be going back for sure!“
