She’s super knowledgeable about the whole menu with great recommendations! One thing I greatly admire and appreciate is she will give you her personal opinions of the food instead if trying to upsell the most expensive. That goes a long long way with me. Nicole is super personable and friendly it felt like we knew her for 10 years! You don’t see this service anymore and I told her I want to personally request her everytime we go from now on. Nicole told us her daughter works with her as well (clearing/cleaning tables, etc); what a dynamic duo I’ll tell ya! Both of them truly amazing! When I say me and my fiancés relationship got re ignited by Nicole and bosa that shouldn’t be taken lightly. Between broken down vehicles and trying to afford a wedding money has caused lots of tension, but money didn’t even phase us tonight. The service we received was worth more than what I had in my pocket. We tipped Nicole well and honestly if I had more cash on me I woulda done more. She didn’t even want to accept the tip but she’s truly amazing. We left feeling refreshed and renewed so thank you Nicole! You changed us for the better and showed us there’s still good people in the world. Thank you once again for an amazing night and we are truly blessed to have met you. Nicole should be the face of the company they would kill it! She’s funny smart knowledgeable and truly knows how to connect and take care of each individual customer. We left feeling like we were friends! Phenomenal night, phenomenal food, even better staff! The entire crew from hostess to Nicole to the manager and general manager came together and made the night special memorable and gave us lots to talk about. We have a network of many “foodies” and we will be sharing our experience with them!”

“My husband took our 4 boys out for a father/son day, so I decided to take my daughter out for a late breakfast. We ended up at a restaurant that’s been on my radar for awhile, Roasted coffee bar in Haverhill (181 Groveland St).. and I’m so happy with our choice! It’s a small spot tucked in a residential area, parking at the restaurant is limited but plenty of on street parking. It’s bigger inside than I expected though, with several tables along with some comfy looking armchairs. Very cozy atmosphere with plants and other pretty decor. Spotlessly clean as well. They offer a variety of creative sandwiches, toasts, waffles, salads, and wraps along with all sorts of coffee and tea based drinks. I opted to “make my own” and I chose buttermilk fried chicken with bacon, pickles and whole grain mustard on a homemade biscuit. My daughter ordered one of their specialty sandwiches called “Spice Of Life” which is Buttermilk fried chicken, maple-sriracha syrup, cheddar cheese, bacon and house-made pickles.. she also got hers on a biscuit. Everything was absolutely delicious! We both agreed that these were the best biscuits we’ve ever gotten in any restaurant we’ve ever been to. Flaky and buttery.. they melt in your mouth.. I could eat a plate of those plain and be perfectly happy! But the chicken was also fantastic..juicy and tender, super crispy and flavorful crust. The bacon they use is excellent.. very smoky flavor. Their (House-made) pickles are a bit sweeter than standard pickles but still very good. These are hefty sandwiches too. They don’t skimp on portions at all. Prices are between $10.00 and $14.00 each which I feel is perfectly reasonable considering both the quality and the sheer amount of food they give you. For drinks I got an iced latte with skim milk and caramel, my daughter got an iced matcha latte with almond milk and vanilla syrup. Drinks were great, coffee had a nice robust fresh roasted flavor. My daughter said the quality of the matcha they use is very good. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Lots of ppl were coming in to get take out too (you can order online via “spot on” seamless, grubhub and Uber eats). They are open 7 days a week from 7am until 2pm. Great food, great staff, great restaurant! Highly recommend you give them a try!”

“I went to this cafe today for the first time with my husband and aunt. All three of us loved it. the inside was so cute and we loved the decor and furniture. the breakfast was great. We got there around 9 am and were offered breakfast or lunch, whatever we wanted. My aunt had a waffle with berries which she loved. My husband had the chicken and rice soup, a Cuban sandwich and a Greek salad. I had eggs, home fries and bacon. Everything was fantastic. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We tried bubble tea and it was yummy! I plan on definitely going back!”

“I have been getting lunch at Steve's a few times a month for about a year and a half. Steve's is good at picking up the phone, averages 10-15 for a three - or - four person order.

Pretty consistent with their food. Some subs can be occasionally dry but overall very flavorful. Pizza isn't too greasy or floppy.
I would recommend their chicken parm calzone, hot braided steak and cheese sub, and meatball sub.

5/5 for Service.
Good at picking up the phone, very understanding, and quick with their orders. I have never had a negative experience with their staff.

3/5 for Atmosphere.
I can't speak to the atmosphere very well because I've never eaten in, however whenever I have gone to pick up food, it has been a very welcoming environment. The seats and tables are comfortable. So 3/5 not for a negative reason, but lack of opinion.

They use the ice cream caramel and melt it into the milk (if you choose milk, other options are available). They have sandwich options and bagels also, try them out and you will be very pleased. The AJ Rush... is my jam!! Tons of combos, Sour Patch kids, Hippie, Warhead (fav), sour trolley, too many to keep naming. They even have a secret menu for rush flavors... try them ALL, and the prices won't break the bank, this Aroma Joe's WILL NOT DISAPPOINT YOU!! The staff are top tier! Efficient, kind, courteous, quick even at 530am..... yeah! They open early for you to beat traffic. You can't go wrong with this location right near the highway.
