“I love this Starbucks! Stop here all the time, my favorite barista is Vincent he is so accommodating especially after I saw him deal with such a difficult customer who kept demanding him to remake the drink over and over (shaken espresso w almond milk). He even asked her specifically how much almond milk she wanted and she still wasn't happy when she basically made her own drink- he eventually gave her a refund because she was just never going to be content. He handled it so well and I commend him (I only memorize his name because of this incident and how ridiculous this customer was) keep up the good work Vincent!“
