“My husband and I try to visit the Delaney House at least once a year. We went last night to celebrate our 6 year anniversary. Our server, Cali M, was great. She was experienced enough as a server to know to ask us if we were celebrating anything, and made it that much more special by bringing us complimentary glasses of delicious champagne. She had the perfect balance between checking in on us while not being over-bearing or making us feel rushed. The food, as always, was a 10/10 and we even tried new cocktails which were delicious. One of our favorite spots!”

“This is my first time coming here. I usually get bourbon chicken. I was happy to finally try this food. I love the veggies. I wish I knew it was udon noodles before choosing.
As usual, I prefer these noodles in soup. Very thick, but they are none the less very good. I took this home to eat later. I will stir fry it and add some fish sauce and scallion. Salt and pepper. It was kind of bland. But I can fix that. I will be coming back to try the egg rolls and beef.”

I live in the eastern part now but still go when visiting family. “Fair prices and lots of variety on the menu. Gyro meal 5.50 and Spicy chicken meal 6.50 always satisfy. Saw the steak and cheese which is huge and only 7 .50 and I'll be trying that next time. Make sure to get an ice cream while you're there ... Big portions, fair price, delicious, and an excellent way to finish your meal. I like to get the coconut ice cream and make a Dr. Pepper float. I'll keep going back here because it's the best.”

“My husband and I were on interstate 91 and we needed an EV charger. Found marcotte ford. We were there at 11:15 for lunch. My wife ordered a classic cheeseburger and I ordered a tuna melt. Both were amazing. We did go in with low expectations, thinking it was a cafe Inside a ford dealership, it couldn't be that good, boy were we wrong. Chef Tim and chaye take their jobs seriously and it shows. I would highly recommend whether you live in the area and are looking for a great lunch stop or, like us you're traveling looking for an EV charger, this is now our new stop in western massachusetts. I have a gluten and it’s doable here but very little variety. You can get an omelette. On the bright side, the meat lovers omelette is one of the best I’ve had! I guess they usually offer gf bread for toast or a sandwich but didn’t have it this day.

The home fries appeared excellent but unfortunately they tasted “off”. My husband figured out that it was cooked in old rancid oil. It unfortunately ruined my meal. Even just a few bites.

I’m going to assume this was a one off bad experience. The coffee was good and there was a lot of variety. Plenty of parking. And the place had plenty of seating this day. I would say I cautiously recommend this establishment.”

Unfortunately, the type of pretzel we originally wanted (the hot dog pretzels) wasn’t available at the time, so we decided to try the mozzarella pretzels instead. I have to admit, they instantly became my new favorite snack! They were perfectly made — buttery, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. I even went back for more!

By the time I returned, the hot dog pretzels were available, so I gave them a try. They were very good too, but I have to say the mozzarella pretzels are still my number one choice.”

Some places you ask for extra sauce, and not even paying for it will they actually give it to you.??‍♀️ And your girl likes her sauce with everything!? But I was most impressed with the quality and flavor of the food. It was nice, hot, and fresh. I mean I placed an order for delivery at 7:55pm and at 8:14pm the delivery driver was calling me he was downstairs with my food! Siiii it’s a 10/10 for me!”

I sat down expecting maybe a menu,.20 minutes when by and she never came over., there was only one other person there who left after a short time, So I finally sat at the counter, she whet past me at least 6 times and totally ignored me, passing a few feet from me. never even looking my way. I saw a menu on the counter and read it,..only a few options,.so after a few more passes, I just left. I don't think I will come back as I went out of my way to get there.”

“We ate here today after looking around various places at the food court. The portions were huge, and the food was fresh hot and good. Some of the negative reviews are a little bit confusing. This is a mall food court in Holyoke so some perspective is important. If you’re looking for Chef Ramsey or fine dining look elsewhere. Most of the people eating the food seemed to be happy and I actually thought for our meal the prices were not outrageously expensive.

My server was Joshua and I wasn't able to get the small salad that I originally wanted, but when I decided to get a slice of pepperoni pizza, he threw in an extra slice because he could not grant me my original order. The part I liked wasn't about the extra slice I got to eat, but the fact he even thought about how I might feel. “One of the reasons I like RR is they put the meal calorie count for every item on the menu. I refuse to go to restaurants that don't. Restaurants religiously give more food at a meal than we need. Sure yiu can get the rest to go but most of the time at my house it ends up in the back of the fridge forgotten. I ordered the Ceasars chicken salad wrap without the fries. Here's my 1 star removal. The waitress was insulted I didn't want the fries and pushed HARD to either take the fries or MUST order another side. If I didn't have my grand daughter with me I'd have let her have it or got up and left. That level of pushy disrespect wasn't necessary.
The wrap was DELICIOUS. And our food came fast. Another reason I like RR is many chain restaurants are FREEZING inside. RR is very comfortable. I'll go back but if she's our waitress I'll ask to be re-seated or leave.”

“I went to use the bathroom since the Home Transportation Center does not have one. I hope they don't mind when people do that ;) The bathroom, restrooms were very clean. A little water and paper towel mess on the sink but the toilet area for one stall was up to cleanse date! Thanks McDonald's! Dealing with community/criminal harassment and abuse publicly and privately which has affected my personal identification information and levels of comfort. I am being pushed out of the place that I was born which is Springfield, Massachusetts. I truly don't have enough protective resources to move as quickly as someone wants me to, so it's unfortunate that they're not communicating that information properly! It's weighing on my rest, sleep and health (separately and together).”

“I don’t do delivery here because they use Doordash for delivery services. But when I do pick up it’s pretty safe. They re-made my pizza fresh the other day because they gave me the wrong order. Only took an extra 15 minutes and it was perfect. It’s a good amount of food for the price and the toppings are always consistent.”
