“I had a great experience at the Holyoke Mall Sbarro. My server was Joshua and I wasn't able to get the small salad that I originally wanted, but when I decided to get a slice of pepperoni pizza, he threw in an extra slice because he could not grant me my original order. The part I liked wasn't about the extra slice I got to eat, but the fact he even thought about how I might feel. I cannot say it enough how much the excellent customer service made me feel for the rest of the day. The workers will definitely treat you right! Thank you again Sbarro, and Joshua.“

“We were in town for a convention. We were a group of 16. I worked with Chris to set up a menu for our group. He was amazing! He made all the right suggestions and the food was delicious. We had a 9 year old in the group and Chris made sure that he had exactly what he wanted. The evening was terrific. Service and food was superb. We would definitely go back if we are in town again. The food is exceptional, including the gorgonzola steak which is my favorite steak dish anywhere. The pasta dishes are also great. But what I love most is the helpful and efficient and, importantly, *non-pretentious* attitudes of the staff. That will be refreshing to some who are more used to another Italian restaurant in Northampton, which shall not be named. Mulino's is the best!“

“Iris told us she has owned this place since 1963! She took so much care to make sure we got the food we wanted in the time we had to sit down and eat. Everything is fresh baked, woth fresh ingredients and it definitely makes the difference. It reminded me of my grandparents, the way they used to cook.

Some small notes, but not to deter you, make sure you go to the bathroom before hand because there is none here. It does take some time for deserts, because they are made fresh; about 30 minutes. The tables can be a bit wobbly, but it all has a wonderful, thoughtful presentation from the old country, as she put it. We did not see alcohol on the menu, but it was nothing problem to grab beer across the street and eat it with our wings and pizza.

The pizza was exactly what we wanted from that Greek/Italian style, cut into squares and the wings were surprisingly good. Get the garlic parm.

Their pizza looks nice, so not sure why they don't photograph it. Tasty food, pizza not greasy, it's kind of old-school American Italian style. More of a takeout spot since seating is limited. Visiting from out of town and I would definitely order again.“

“We had lunch Miss Flo's Pizzeria today,it was great !! The dining area is nice, comfy booths and even a video table/stools in the window seat area(bring the kids ). The mayor's subs were great,fresh roasted generous turkey slices (turkey baked there not deli,delicious !),fresh toasted roll,L&T topped with melted cheese ! Always check your order while there. 3 times they put the wrong ingredients on. Make them repeat your order. They are very busy. I can see why they sometimes write down the wrong toppings.“

They are the biggest and best grinders and very fresh.
