“We drive 45 minutes to & from to eat at the Clam Box. My husband grew up down the street and I worked in town for 15 years. Plus my parents would take me there as a kid. ALWAYS consistent! ALWAYS delicious. 10 out of 10! Worth the wait in line at peak season every time!“

“Dined here recently for the first time, what a hidden gem. Nice cozy atmosphere, Food was top notch, delicious, and huge portions. Waitress was excellent, very friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend this place if you want real authentic Italian food. We will definitely be back.“

“I have been here several times over the years. I love their fisherman's platter as it has a little of everything. I think my favorite is a toss up between the clams and the scallops. I love their tarter sauce and the plates come with fries or onion rings which are delicious themselves. Nothing better than to take a road on the back roads of Massachusetts and stop in for a plate. The portions are huge and now that I am getting older - I end up having to share. Side note - Woodmans was featured in the Adam Sandler film Grownups - released in 2010. There is also a small ice cream shop in the back which has some great flavors in case you're still hungry afterwards.“

“The best trifecta! Food, beverages, service. We always sit at the bar and they have such a nice line of beers on tap. The wine pour is solid and the cocktails appear to be the number one seller.
I’ve had several menu items, but always swing back to their Caesar with swordfish. The others are very good; salmon with vegetables, cod cheeks, steak & cheese, eggplant Parmesan, chicken wings, potato skins, deviled eggs pretty much everything was really good. Busy place during dinner hour, but we usually go early like 3:30-4pm and always get a seat at the bar.“

It was superb and I will definitely be back but I was disappointed they didn't include gravy for my double order of mashed. I will be specific next time. I gotta try the prime rib too, I never had a bad steak there.“

“We like the Serenitee Group Restaurants, including 15 Walnut. The menu has been changed since our last visit, and we found two delicious entrees - the special Steak au Poivre, which was perfectly plated and prepared, and the green curry spiced Roasted Salmon, which was imaginatively seasoned and perfectly cooked. The casual setting is conducive to easy conversation, and the sports screens are unobtrusive., but allow sports fans to keep track of the action. We'll return!“

Our server Carolyn was absolutely amazing- she was so diligent with the allergies at our table and took the time to recommend things that would fit all of our needs. We will definitely be back and would always request her. Food was amazing, huge portions, flavorful, and came out so quickly! A must in the area! “Just had three varieties of steak and cheese subs. Ordered large onion rings and french fries. These are extremely generous orders. We should have gotten a small order of each. All three subs very good. Fast delivery. 4 people eating 3 large subs and we have leftovers. Good taste. Good value. Can't get good steak and cheese like this in the Midwest!!“

We opted to eat in, which we both enjoyed. It's a great (very clean) place to spend a quiet meal with a friend or loved one. You can stay as long as you want, and the owners/staff were very nice.“
