“If you want to eat a very good brunch you should come to Roses restaurant, it is clean, nice and the staff are very friendly and also they are bilingual . The food was delicious and you can feel a mix of good flavors at the same time you see the effort and time that the chef put in each plate. This restaurant has a multicultural menu which is very good for the family. I love it and I will come back again.“

“My husband and I stopped here in our way through Lee, MA. From the older gentleman that greeted us with a sparkle in his eye when he smiled and a great sense of humor to the wait staff ... everyone was lovely, personable and accommodating. My husband had the duck and I had the fish and chips. They came quickly and both were so delicious! The fries were especially good! Our cheese cake was equally as good! Thank-you Morgan House for a great kick off to our 52nd anniversary ! Highly recommend !“

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warm smiles of both Kim and Ryan…the inviting smells of delicious food and the cozy atmosphere….from our drinks to the desserts, our experience was so wonderful! Starting with the warm corn bread and soft butter, the sweet and savory ribs, and the perfect stack of onion rings to the delicious homemade pasta dishes - the ramp pesto or the boar ragu——we are still raving about the amazing flavors! “This place is awesome. The food is really good. I'm happy that they don't just serve eggs, bacon and sausage in the morning. I do not like breakfast food. This place actually has things I like in the breakfast time hour. AND THE SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!! The staff all seems to work as one unit. Everyone seems to know what the other is doing and exactly what the customer needs. AWESOME SERVICE...I wish I could give 10 stars for the service.“

“Absolutely the best food I have had in Great Barrington. As an avid chicken roaster, I was extremely pleased with their brick chicken. They must brine it or something because it was so tender and well seasoned throughout. On the side was a dandelion salad which converted me from being a dandelion hater. It was so good. As other reviews have said, the corn bread is an absolute must. The peach cobbler for dessert was okay, but the rest of the meal had set such a high bar that I felt it fell short.

The service was sort of mediocre. The waitress was okay, but didn’t come around very frequently and it took a long time when we needed things like a sharper knife for the chicken or the check.

Overall, I highly recommend The Prairie Whale and I hope to be back soon!“

“Jason and team have always been consistent. I guess that's why the restaurant has been there for 25 years? Wife and I had the Boeuf Bourguignon and the Grilled Pork Chop. Both were excellent! We commented to each other that it was the best meal we've had in a restaurant all year. Thanks Bistro Zinc!“

Havent tried the pizza place nectdoor but the wood fired oven makes pizza that looks delicious. I am a beer drinker but the cocktails look great! No, its not cheap but qhat is these days?“
