“Last night my husband and I dined at Grapevine Pizzaria and Restaurant on Maple Rd in Longmeadow. We've gotten plenty of pizzas from there in our 4 months since moving here, but this was our first time eating there and it was jammed!!! That tells me that the food is good, with so many people willing to wait for a table.We chose to sit at the bar for our meal because I was starving ? and I'm so glad we did! I got to witness the level of professionalism with the staff in dealing with the constant stream of customers waiting for a table, the constant stream of customers picking up their take out orders and the constant ringing of the phone for customers placing orders.Every person that I saw working there always had a smile on their face, were kind and helpful to everyone, engaged in easy conversation and made every person there feel as if they were the most important person there. I overheard one worker say that she had been there since 9:30am (nearing a 10 hour shift at that point). She chatted easily with customers, joked with them about their orders and, I kid you not when I say she answered the phone with a smile on her face every single time!I'm gushing here because I was just so impressed with the staff there. If they were stressed because it was so busy, I certainly didn't see it!Also, the food was REALLY good too ?“
“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“

Mario's is the only place in town to be guaranteed flavorful ( I come from a P.R./Italian house hold so iykyk), hot and I mean steaming, quality and quantity beyond expectations and fast delivery.. dare I start on customer service and the quality of it ? Chefs kisses all around! I have never been happier from their pasta dishes to the salads with the house dressings.. the pizza, discriptions do not do them justice!! I have always been drawn to Somers even in my youth, and I am proud to be able to call this town home and hold onto such a high caliber of a community it has. 10/10, will order again and again. I ordered an eggplant ? and garlic calzone thinking it was going to be a small portion. To my surprise ? it was HUGE for only $15!!!! I ate a quarter of it and was so stuffed. I had to get a to-go-container. My family ordered spaghetti ? and large meatballs. They couldn't finish their portions either.Unfortunately the service was not my cup of tea. Extremely disappointed. I had to bag my own food and wait a considerably long time to be served. Somewhat ignored by the waiter.I would have given this restaurant a one star or negative zero star rating because of the poor customer service. However, the food was way too good to mess up such greatness! I hope they'll have waitresses with a better quality of service soon. “We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. For those 2 items, it cost us 50 dollars ($30 of it was the pizza).Fortunately, the food did not disappoint for that price; you get a lot of food. The grinder was loaded with meat and was most likely 18 inches long.The pizza was great as well, the crust is similar to Sicilian style pizza, and the sauce was phenomenal. “Under new Ownership. The Grinders are really NOT GOOD Especially the ham & american "cheese". The American is the cheap fake like kraft singles type cheese. The food is also Quite Pricey, but who isn't. You can now order online now & its easy. The pizza and dinners are really good stick to that the grinders are REALLY bad. “We ate at De Nardo's on a Saturday evening. I had spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had the grilled chicken salad. Both were very generously portioned. We could not eat It all ( I think that my portion was the equivalent of a full box of spaghetti, and a large basket of bread accompanied our meals). Our service was good; our waitress was friendly. There are photographs on the walls and this place has a family vibe. They serve good basic food that is well prepared, it was not busy, we could take our time to eat, and it "hit the spot" on a cold night. This restaurant is a nice choice for evenings when you want to eat a leisurely "comfort food" type Italian dinner. We look forward to returning.“

“My daughter took me here a few times....I got the meatball sub. I am reediting my post here because I was very disappointed. I got the sub each time because the roll was the perfect size. Not too bready....and full size smaller meatballs that were whole that fit the sub perfectly. I went last night for the first time in a while and was so looking forward to it. I was very disappointed. They changed to roll.... too much bread and the meatballs were a little bigger but cut in half. Not happy whatsoever. I will not be coming back.“
“My coworker and myself have yet to have a bad lunch from Frankie's - our latest lunch just two simple chefs salads both with Italian dressing and it may ne silly but the dressing was clearly handmade (or at least tweaked) and the bread that came with it was very fresh and even the small detail of the lettuce being chopped made it the perfect chefs salad.
