“Robin took care of me, made me aware of the special, and had the nicest demeanor I’ve ever encountered from someone working at a restaurant area - also topped most restaurants! I’m guessing you take care of your employees as well as she took care of me for her to be so pleasant. Thank you!“

“We visited Mario’s for the first time on Friday Feb 27th after seeing a Facebook ad for their fish and chips dinner. We were beyond surprised and very pleased with the entire experience. The fish and chips was the best we have had, the waitress was very attentive and friendly. Although the place is small it was super busy with lots of take out orders but that didn’t affect the dining room orders coming out in a timely fashion. We most definitely will be visiting again real soon to see what other delicious choices they have on their menu. Great job Mario see you again soon.“

“Best pizza in Springfield, Massachusetts hands down. We like to sample pizza’s from local restaurants with good reviews. This one was extremely balanced with the cheese, crust, sauce, and seasonings. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I took this pizza to go because I wanted to share it with friends and family. If you are looking for a great “Italian” pizza, definitely swing by here and try it out. All of my friends and family that tried this today said this was delicious!“

“the food was amazing! i won the family dinner raffle and order chicken parm. my family loved it! we will definitely be back again!“

“I love the food here . Pizza is excellent.... Friendly service .. Roger the owner, is super polite and knows how to treat his customers. ***** 5stars“

“Ordered the rice & salad plate today. Definitely worth the price for the amount of food you get. Could feed at least two people from it. Will be back!“

“Pizza Junction in Agawam is hands down one of the best local pizza spots around. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor — you can tell they don’t skimp on quality or toppings. The crust is perfectly cooked, the sauce is delicious, and everything tastes homemade. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and gets your order right every time, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Prices are fair, service is fast, and the food is consistently amazing. Highly recommend Pizza Junction if you’re in the Agawam area and craving great pizza!“

“Since I was a Junior in high school, it's been the best grinder around. I moved out of the area but it's always worth the trip. A ton of meat. Always fresh shredded lettuce. Still the best.“

“A little wait or a small drive away for something much better than "fast" pizza is worth it, when you want to impress your guests. Do You want to make Your Guests feel and eat "As Happy as Home"? Order Sal's... They will Remember.“

“Great Place for Pizza!! I love it, they have the largest subs in the country hand down!! 16 inch subs!! Never seen that anywhere else. Love the vibes, a very nice family owned business. The owner and his family are super nice and welcoming, Highly recommended!!!“

“They have the best Veal and Sausage parmigiana Grinder one of the best in the area This is my go to Spot from now on“

“I came across this place by chance on a Facebook post, and the photo looked amazing. I was going to be traveling to Springfield for an appointment, and immediately decided this would be the perfect place to stop and try afterwards. Let me tell you, what a treasure! Rustic, quiet small interior, with the SWEETEST woman at the counter. We ordered the combination pizza, and its made so fresh, and looks like a masterpiece. Tastes like heaven. They have been in business for 64 years, and that is saying something. Well deserved! We had lunch and left with extra to munch later, and I honestly wanted to ask this wonderful lady for a hug. You just don't get service like this everywhere anymore. Totally worth the 90 minute drive!“

“I recently moved to this area, and honestly the food here is great ! From pizza to grinders! My favorite are the boneless buffalo wings. You know how sometime when you get tender or wings from pizza shops they are the frozen triangle ones breaded( yuck) these are fresh chicken tenderloin cooked to perfection! It’s a must have everytime! Izzy, the phone girl is always super efficient, takes the time to get to know you and your order! Owner super friendly, staff is always welcoming. Worth a try :)“

“excellent restaurant with nice seating. owners care about their customers. been going here for 20 years.“

“The owner is THE funniest guy I’ve ever met in my life. I came in the and the food almost came out because I was laughing so hard. The chef is a very nice guy and is very fast while still maintaining quality…

I will recommend them to everyone I know will all know about this place by the end of the day.“

“Delicious Astro's Special 🍕 👍“

“Thanks for going above and beyond to make sure the John Ashley Kindergarten staff enjoyed their lunch! Everything was great!♥️🍕“

“Stopped here on my way from Mass to Bradley (because to hell with expensive airport food, and I like to support local) to grab lunch, and I was not disappointed. Ordered a mini pizza, which at 10" was more than enough for 1. Fresh chicken, bacon and tomatoes, delicious tomato base, overall a very good pizza. I sat at one of the 3 barstools to eat a bit before I headed out, great spot to watch cars/people. Nice little place. Friendly staff.“

“Bello Milano Pizza in Springfield has excellent customer service, delicious pizza, and very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh and tasty. I had a great experience and highly recommend this place!“

“We had my baby shower at John’s Pizzeria in Chicopee, and the experience was amazing! Booking was easy, and the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. They even let us decorate, which made everything feel so special. Our waitress, Dailene, was phenomenal and made sure we had everything we needed. The owner also came out to check on us, which really showed how much they care about their customers. 10000/10 experience! I highly recommend this place if you’re planning an event. The pizza was fresh and delicious, and I’ve tried other items on their menu before—they’re just as good. We’ll definitely be back! Had a party of 11.“

“The pizza is great here! Especially the chicken bacon ranch pizza. It’s my favorite!
However, The service I would say is not. There is multiple times I have called and they answer and say they are closed or they open later than what the time they have advertised online. It seems like they open and close whenever they feel like it. I called today to order food. They answered and said they were closed today. I asked why does online say they are open. He said. Something came up and we aren’t open til tomorrow. But as I said. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve called on a Monday. Closed. When online says open. I’ve called on other occasions. And they are like we open at 2. When online says 12.
I get situations happen. Here and there. But with a restaurant, They need to have some more consistency.“

“Giant pizza 🍕 slices! Excellent service!😁“

“Absolutely delicious. Definitely go try them out!!!“

“They have the best wings and great customer service! Highly recommend!“

“We are from Rhode Island and were in the area to visit Six Flags. Found Marks Restaurant using Google maps for breakfast near me. The food was excellent. The homemade bread was even better. Probably not a common comment, but my view of the kitchen from the register it’s a very clean and neat setup. I’ve worked in foodservice delivery and have always viewed restaurants from back of house which influenced my decision to eat there. I recommend Marks and will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I happened across 2 Guys Pizza when traveling through with my “starving” teenage son. We arrived close to closing time, but we were still graciously served, maybe by one of the 2 Guys. He was lovely, but the pizza was even better! Crispy, perfectly chewy (but definitely not overly so) crust reminded me of childhood. We got the meat lovers, and it did not disappoint. Even the Small fed us both with leftovers.

The baseball game was on and we got to chat with the super friendly locals about the game.

Great experience! Will eat here again when we’re back in the area.“

“just ordered 2 large Italian grinders and they were great. fresh bread lots of meat and didn't have to pay extra for lettuce, tomatoes and peppers !“

“If you haven't been here yet, you are truly missing out—this has quickly become my new favorite restaurant! From the moment you walk in, the staff welcomes you with exceptionally warm, friendly service that makes you feel right at home. The menu is an absolute powerhouse—their pizzas feature a wonderfully crisp crust loaded with fresh, mouthwatering toppings, the hot grinders are generously packed and full of flavor, and their meatloaf & mashed potatoes with gravy are some of the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the Indian dishes offered are fantastic, undeniably outstanding, and rich with authentic, aromatic spices. It is rare to find a place that masters such a diverse menu so effortlessly, but they hit a home run across the board. Highest recommendation!!!!!“

“Great food, but the hours, service, and prices are lacking a bit. Additionally theres no signage on the main street or door to point to the pick up spot in the back. Those are my only qualms with the place. They have already gotten the hardest part down, the food. And seriously I cant tout them enough for using high quality ingredients, and consistency and quality control of the food they put out. I think with a bit of fine tuning this place would be fantastic.“

“Best pizza in the area. The young men that work there are so kind and respectful. Especially Erik, he’s my favorite“

“Outstanding pizza! This place has been flying under the radar...it's so good! Thin crust, NY style, solid undercarriage, crispy, no flop, and full of flavor. Homemade meatballs and quality pepperoni. They had homemade Tiramisu and Cheesecake that was out of this world! Put this place on your map!“

“Born and raised in Queens NY for 34 years I did not know what to expect, I spend my life thinking I was living with the best Pizza but honestly, Ann’s Pizza might be better than any Pizza I’ve had,

And the Service is great, people are kind and the food is fresh.“

“No doubt a 5 star review for this pizza place! When we came in we were told we could get seated anywhere we’d like . Our two children were offered high chairs. Our waiter was very pleasant. The food was ready quite fast!! you could tell the food was homemade , the mozzarella sticks were out of this world! Overall we were very pleased with our experience!“

“Best pizza in chicopee. I owned B52 Airsoft Arena in town. I had 9 local restaurants menus available to our club members. 6 were pizza places and conservatively 80% of all food deliveries were from C&T. I remember one Saturday throwing out 24 pizza boxes from his place. And for me as good as the pizza is, think their grinders are even better.“

“This place was absolutely amazing their food was delicious the customer service was great would definitely recommend“

“My mother who lives nearby at Reeds landing enjoys still being able to go out for a meal now and then. Not only is your food always good, but I want to give a shout out to your staff for going above and beyond with helping my mother who uses a walker with getting through the front entrance doors safely. Thanks again!“

“We stopped on our way to coast from Buffalo. As buffalo has great pizza, we are picky, and Palermo's pizza was fantastic! Note, a large at home for us barely feeds our family of 6, but the large here is much bigger and we ordered that and more as we were hungry but had had way too much food, lol! The service was great too! Nice stop on our route for sure!“

“Good food and great people!“

“Was looking for a place to eat after our trip to six flags. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The atmosphere was great and the young gentleman at the counter was beyond kind. Very happy with the experience. We will be back“

“The original owner is back so we decided to order for the first time in a long time. It was a blast from the past! Same great food and service. Excellent pepperoni pizza, eggplant parm grinder, and meatballs. Their awesome sauce is back too! We were regulars until a few years ago and we’ll be regulars again.“

“Can't wait to try the calzone here from Calzone Kev. He said well worth it. See you soon“
