“They are so sweet here I ordered off Uber eats and I couldn’t figure out how to rate in the app but I hope someone sees this! Basically they’re was a problem where the first coffee I ordered spilled so I had to get a second and they gave me free donuts and were so nice which normally they don’t even care at most Dunkin’s so thank you so much meant so much“

“Wanted to leave a review after consistently getting exceptional service and the food and drinks actually made the right way. Always good. Willing to go out of my way to travel further to this one because of it compared to others closer to my home. Whatever this team is doing should be copied at other locations. Not enough chairs inside though.“

Always friendly and have your orders ready in a timely manner.This location has just been renovated no too long ago, has plenty of seating and is always clean.They also have a drive thru window for extra convenience.Definitely worth the visit if you’re in a hurry and need a quick bite to eat.

“This dunking place is the only one in and around saugus, malden, Lynn, and revere, which makes the regular hot coffee perfect. I have gone to other locations and are always disappointed. Something g is always off. Either less cream or to strong, no suger, etc. At this location, Revere, next to Eddys Diner, the coffee is made just right.“
