“Our first time here and we’ll be back to try more of this eclectic menu. Bartender Lewis and his colleagues were pleasant and reliably there when we needed them. We enjoyed the seafood pie with lovely crust topping, and the Dijon salmon with mustard sauce and roasted sweet potatoes provided a delicious combination of flavors. Decor includes stone, with bar walls made of staves from Jack Daniel’s barrels. Cool spot - definitely add it to your list.“

Only suggestion would be sound absorption! Pads on ceiling? It can get uncomfortabley loud when full. Overall, this is our go- to spot. Easy parking.“

“I love Venus pizza. It is delicious, crisp, pub style pizza. But, there is something for everyone on their menu. The restaurant is also very well staffed, from the hostess, the servers, the bar tenders, to the bus people, there is someone available to help meet your needs. “One of our favorite Italian restaurants in the South Shore is Mia Regazza in Marshfield. The restaurant is spacious, featuring a bar, dining rooms, and outdoor seating during the summer. The service is friendly and professional, and the dining rooms maintain a pleasant noise level. The food is excellent, with the chicken Parmesan being a standout dish. Parking can be challenging during dinner hours, so it's recommended to arrive a bit early. It is definitely recommended.“

“What's not to love about Polcari's? It is an open friendly atmosphere. We were seated near the window where the water and boats were in clear view. This is our second meet up some coming from NH and another coming the Cape.
Our server was attentive and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious although the steak fries could have been hotter.
Prices were reasonable.

Overall . The view and atmosphere were phenomenal, the beers were good, and the food was respectable but it didn't blow us away. Definitely a fun place to bring family and friends in the warmer months.

“Inattentive waitress on many levels. Maybe because they didn't tell us until after that they apply an automatic 20% tip onto your bill if party of 6 or more - even if 4 adults and two kids ages 6 and 4 years old. Maybe that's why service was poor as she had a guaranteed tip and didn't have to work for it. deserved 5%.“

One from Michigan who is going to Stanford and the other from Utah who will be attending the University of Utah. Everything went as planned. “We LOVE Island Creek Oysters!! They are truly the best oysters in the country. We’re picky, self-proclaimed oyster aficionados, and these never, ever disappoint. We have them shipped to our house about once a month, and we recently visited the farm in person. Fabulous!
