“Heard about this burger joint...AND I wasn't disappointed, in fact it will probably take me a few months to eat my way through their eclectic menu and no doubt I'll enjoy the ride. Burger was excellent, but the caveat was the cole slaw, NOT your store bought or KFC, this was truly a chef Michelin rated green/purple slaw with an incredible dressing. To top it off, you have to eat the fries.... I didn't ask, but they seemed to be riced then fried...5*****“

“I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. It was the difference between making money and not making money. I cannot thank Lester & Eddie (the gentlemen who did me the favor) of 5 Guys Waltham enough for their compassion, patience and kindness during a busy night, while still fully performing and servicing other paying customers. It is rare to find this basic humanity at corporate franchise settings. With a single act of kindness, Lester & Eddie transformed my night from one of desperation into one of joy. Also, the lobby is actually really nice! I would say it’s the cutest lobby of a Popeyes Restaurant. Clean, looks put together, and just has a good vibe when you walk in.
