“Great food, friendly atmosphere“
“The food is amazing!! We ate the apps and entrees too quickly before I could get a picture, but I did get a picture of the dessert and espresso martinis that were a perfect way to end the meal. They even gave my daughter a lobster stuffy to play with! The wait staff were so friendly and kind. Would definitely go back!

“Enjoyed a wonderful Valentine's Day multi course dinner with my lovely wife. The view, food and service couldn't have been better. Certainly one of the finer restaurants on the cape if not MA. “If you like mussels; this is the place for you! And the dipping bread is over the top delicious. Try the Lemon Drop martini: cucumber infused vodka, mulled basil ( for 3 days), a splash of Cointreau, lemon and simple syrup. Quite refreshing for a summer day. And if you’re lucky; your server will be Linda!!“

“I can’t comment on the rooms here as we joined them for their restaurant only, but I can say that the food, service and ambiance are all excellent. Ingredients are obviously of primary importance to the chef, and the dishes are very well prepared and presented. It is expensive and the clientele tends to be older, though not exclusively so. There is ample seating inside and out.
Food & drinks: Food is very good: fresh ingredients and artistically presented.“

“I cannot say enough great things about 28 Atlantic. It was our very first night of our honeymoon, visiting all the way from California. We did some research and found this place. We are so glad we chose this as our first dinner for the honeymoon. It was beautiful, romantic and the food was spectacular. I can truly say after dining at some of the best restaurants in Carmel, Monterey, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, this was BY FAR our best dining experience. From the food to the ambiance. Everything was exquisite. I want to say a special thank you to Rene and chef. You guys made our East Coast experience a core memory for a lifetime. Thank you. “Always loved the Villa Roma and wanted to try the new restaurant. We were finally able to get reservations with friends now that the summer ended. It was great to have Jeanne wait on us as she is a holdover from Villa Roma. She is excellent!
Started with Ceasar salad with white anchovies, lasagna (with an added meatball), and finished with a tiramisu. All three were terrific. My wife had chicken piccata and loved it.

“We happened to be in Orleans and decided to grab an early dinner at The Barley Neck. We started with a dozen raw oysters and a bottle of French Chardonnay. The oysters were so fresh and delicious we ordered a second dozen. My husband had a lobster pasta dish for his entree and I had a Thai style tuna steak. Both were delicious, but a special thumbs up for the tuna. It was without a doubt the BEST tuna steak I’ve ever had! We finished with the pineapple upside down cake special! O.M.G. Everything was consistently amazing. The service was attentive and welcoming! From beginning to end the experience as a whole was on point! 10 out of 10!“
