“The food was absolutely phenomenal! However, I was there for a large party this afternoon, we rented the back room. And the manager scolded us for being out on the deck because “it was a place for dinning and not for us to hangout”. we were out there trying to enjoy the view, which I feel like is a big hit for this restaurant. Mind you there were no guests seated outside anywhere close to where we were standing and we most definitely wouldn’t have been out there standing in between any tables if people were sitting out there that’s simple common courtesy. Either way she was very rude about it instead of just stating that she’d prefer for us to be inside. I might go back because the food was so good but my only hesitation is to give someone any business who is rude to guests. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years and I don’t think I would have ever enjoyed working for someone who talks to guests the way she spoke to us!“

“Just came from Palmer River Grille, it's very nice inside and the food was excellent. My wife had a small issue with her meal (no need for details), the managers took care of it no problem, which they don't have to do, so I want to take this opportunity to thank them. Our waiter Derek was awesome! Just want to acknowledge everyone there, the wait staff etc. are very friendly, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and their food. “We Ordered dinner from China Gourmet tonight through Grubhub. When my dinner was delivered I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong item through the Grubhub app. I called the restaurant to ask if I could bring back the wrong item for the correct item. Not only did they tell me to keep the incorrect item, but to stay home and they would deliver an entire complimentary meal of the correct item as a courtesy. Not only great food but great customer service !“

We were served room temperature brussel sprouts that were not cooked! Calamari was overcooked and rubbery. Pasta dish was floating in oil!! Total disappointment. If you order the lombinhos, they will ask you if you want them fried or grilled. Most places around here won't ask, but definitely get the fried.
