“I’ve been coming here everyday for years. I have seen lots of staff come and go, but I must say this is the best crew yet. They recognize my vehicle, know my name, know my usual order, and are always pleasant and respectful. And I am always pleasant and respectful to them!I’ve seen some customers be absolutely rude and condescending to the staff. So what if your desired flavor donut wasn’t available. It’s not like they bake them on site! A lack of donut doesn’t give you free range to verbally insult another. Especially staff members who are there everyday, during a pandemic, to serve you a great morning coffee.I thank all the staff at the Sherborn Dunkin’ Donuts, and look forward to tomorrow’s coffee.“

“Been here several times. Tried the carrot cake donut for the first time and wow... Top notch. Along with my sons go-to fruity pebbles donut.. always friendly and patient service when kids have no idea what to choose. Will continue to go back“

“Well I usually love Honey Dew but tonight I got a decaf hot coffee even though I asked for a Mocha Madness decaf. I even said it twice. I even had to wait longer at the window. Not many customers at 545 pm. Very disappointed ! I dew Love Honey Dew.“

“I'm so happy they opened a Honey dew right on route 109 Millis. It's so convenient. There's a gas station / convenient store. It's a pretty big convenient store. Honey dew has a sitting area you can sit,enjoy your breakfast, and there's bathrooms too. When I tell you that's your one stop, get everything you need store , you won't be disappointed. Parking: There's plenty of parking .“

“I grew up going and working here back when Pauline was the owner. All these years later this HD is still the same Cheers like place where you're home. Sam and Nimi are awesome and I know Pauline would be proud. I've worked with both of them and i've never had a negative experience with them like others have claimed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend working here to a friend.“

Not much they can do about it so i don't fault them (just the other people who don't know how to drive/park lol)“

“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. “Was out on a bike ride and asked they could fill my water bottle with tap water. The server asked if I'd like ice! Sure would! It was 85 degrees out. I appreciate them supporting locals out biking and very much appreciate their fine service.“

“Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“This is my Dunkin. Fastest, most accurate, best ratio of cream and sugar.

I cannot explain to you how fast they are order ahead - but trust me! I've also never gotten my order wrong from this Dunkin. In 5 years. The best!“

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! I always recommend this Dunkin, it’s worth it every time since it’s never too busy therefore special care is put into every order“

“I visit this drive thru at lease twice weekly on my way to work. I usually order from the app before arriving. The line tends to move pretty quickly considering this location seems to be extremely busy in the morning. My order is usually just as I ask. My go to drink is the refresher! They are the best location to buy my favorite drink because I have gotten it from other locations in the area and it is not always up to par. This is my favorite location!“

“Right off the westbound side of rt 9 in Wellesley, this is a nice little in&out Dunkin Donuts. It is just before Wellesley Mazda. The footprint is fairly small with a small parking area and a tight drive through. The small interior has just a few tables. The counter service is reasonably friendly and the coffee is served hot.“
