“I stopped here to use the restroom. I’m glad the restroom was available. Unfortunately, somebody that was before me was not very considerate. in regard to the seat.

“Always love subway. Employees are very friendly I don't like how it automatically asks you for a tip if you're paying with a credit card. Those employees get paid regular wages if somebody wants to leave a tip it should be optional“

“Mmmmm...I had the bacon double cheeseburger and it was incredible! Great taste and flavor and the hamburger patties were perfect! I also had one of their shakes and it was delicious! Not a thinned, watered down shake like other places. They make these real! Fries were very good too! I had the regular and the Cajun fries and they were perfect! Recommend this place if you want an awesome fast food burger!“

“sent my roommate to get me a chicken sandwich with a coupon I am handicapped I cannot make it there because I am unable to walk and because he had already bought one and in a different coupon for me doing that allow it he said the person that had to be there I've called up the manager and told them I am handicapped would you please let it go through and refuse me so now I'm handicap and can't walk there I am also hungry in handicap now because hurricane has some stupid thing and really just could not help out of handicapped person I'm really disappointed in their staff and this company for denying me my food and handicapped and all my situation I'm really disappointed I've been going there for years and I know half the people that are with there and I just really disappointed in management today denied me my meal could not help out a handicapped guy get a meal what the f***“

“I don’t n ow what others are talking about. Everyone there is super nice, it’s fast. The food is always fresh and just a genuine “fast” food. But while I was eating I felt like I was at a restaurant. The people kept asking me if there’s anything else I would like and so on. Good was dam near restaurants level too. I’m impressed!“

“We had reservations at another restaurant in Southwick for 30+ people and were told day of that they could no longer accommodate us so we were left scrambling last minute for a place. I called the Rail trail and spoke with the owner Natalie who was more than happy to accommodate us all last minute. They were completely ready for us a half hr before we arrived. We had Heather as our waitress who was phenomenal and handle our large group with ease and grace! I couldn’t be more pleased with how we were treated and the food, as always, was delicious!!!“
