“Hiring Capers for our wedding was the best decision we’ve ever made! The people were great, and the food and drinks were out of this world. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They guided us through the daunting task of designing our menu and beverage program, as well as assisted in our furniture and linen rentals. We always felt like we were in good hands. The food was absolutely stunning! Capers has a wide variety of interesting menu options, far beyond your typical wedding dishes. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. The food was unique, gorgeous, and most importantly, absolutely delicious! They were also able to make special accommodations for our guests with dietary restrictions, so everybody left with a full belly. Many guests told us that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We definitely agree! For the bar, Capers was able to handle all of our special requests and provided a unique selection of craft beers, ciders, seltzers, as well as plenty of wine and liquor options. They did a great job of finding cool, local brands that gave the bar a much more upscale feel without breaking the bank. The signature cocktails that they designed for us were both beautiful and delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them! P.S. Get the cake pops, you won’t regret it!“

Vincent catered a 75th birthday BBQ for us, (50+ guests) and from start to finish, it was a totally phenomenal job! From the amazing food, to the service, to the value for the money, we can't even begin to say enough good things about the whole experience. This was the second time we've used Bianco Custom Catering, and most definitely won't be the last. The comments from our guests were all A++ on the food, service, staff, the clean-up, and there were plenty of left-overs for us to enjoy later. “We had a wonderful time with Chef Jason! We were impressed from start to finish. He was professional and a good human. He had menu selection google meet up w/me prior to my husband's birthday surprise as well as a kitchen walk through to make sure I had all the necessary equipment. Anything I did not have, he offered to bring. The food was delicious, each course built on one another and left us wanting more. Anything we did not eat was packaged up so there was no food waste, which I really appreciated. Leftovers heated up nicely as well. What I loved about this was it was a total surprise to my husband and he kept saying how he never would have gotten this experience and felt this special in a restaurant. Chef Jason made that happen. For the quality of food and professionalism, I thought the price tag was fair and well worth it. I can't say enough good things about this experience and loved working with Chef J! I hope to book another dinner with him in the future!

“We used Vintage Tea & Cake for my bridal shower. The set up was beautiful and the food was delicious! Our server was also extremely helpful and friendly.

The only problem was that I asked for gluten free settings for my celiac guests and that was not delivered by the team, so some of my guests were unable to enjoy the tea party or eat anything. Celiac is a serious allergy. We did not receive an apology or any consolation for this mistake, which was a bit frustrating honestly.“
