“I just tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Stoneham, MA location recently opened and is very convenient. My order was the #7, turkey and provolone cheese, along with chips and a drink. I used their mobile order app to select the items and customized as desired, which was very easy. The order was ready quickly, prior to the pickup time indicated on the app. I selected the rosemary parmesan bread, lettuce and tomato, plus oil and vinegar as a condiment. This was delicious with the turkey and cheese. The turkey was plentiful, very fresh and thinly sliced. The lettuce and tomato were also fresh. It was a quality sub, much better than some others I've gotten nearby. Staff members were busy, efficient, and friendly. I will be back to this location again and recommend it.“

“We’re from the UK and quite literally never tasted or experienced anything like this place. We ordered the pastrami sub, sausage egg and cheese bagel and a cream cheese bagel. Just get everything on the menu though. The people are so hard working and so friendly, and the food was incredible - so much value for money!! If the shop is full for eat-in, then take it to go and take a short walk to the public garden. They also show the prem games! This was just so good. Thank you so much.“

Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. A few other customers came in to order while I was waiting, and the manager was obviously a bit understaffed but so professional, apologizing for the wait to everyone, and helping to get the orders out as quickly as possible. “My family stopped in for breakfast and we all got different breakfast sandwiches. They were all delicious. I had the avacado smash I think it was called. It was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Very much enjoyed the staff's banter while we waited. The staff checked on us several times. 5 stars. Highly recommend!“

“I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

“I got a large chicken pesto sub. I figured for $2 more than the small I’d have a little leftover. I didn’t realize it would be as long as my arm! The bread was fresh with a nice crunch. The sub was so full it was almost bursting and it’s all white meat chicken. Pesto sauce was real tasty too and not over saturated. I feel like you should always get a large since it’s essentially an extra sub for $2 more. My picture is 1/4 of the sub and it looks like half of one I get from other places.
