“Visiting in the Boston area, I was looking for a Chinese restaurant within walking distance for take out back to my hotel and I found the perfect place at Peach farm. I Ordered the beef and broccoli , pork mei fun and pork fried rice. The beef and broccoli was delicious with fresh broccoli and this was some of the best fried rice I’ve ever had. Very generous portions also, I would definitely eat here again on my next trip to Boston.“

“Very very delicious and comforting. Real deal. Considered dropping a star for slow service but in retrospect I think Head of the Charles this weekend just made everything a little more slow.
Lanzhou beef noodle soup was SO yummy words can’t even describe how the broth made me feel tbh. Lamb skewers were fatty and juicy and bursting with flavor. Mala tofu with preserved egg and rice was a great contrast to the other dishes — light and refreshing (also I love preserved egg with my whole heart). And the osmanthus flavor iced jelly? Slurp.
Picture included of plates made CLEAN.“

“Authenticity is the name of the game. Having brought two of my friends here for an afternoon lunch, they were stunned by how good the clay pot rice was! For them, it was a new dish. For me, it was nostalgia. The aromas from the pot were addicting, the crispy rice at the bottom and edges were great, and the rice itself was seasoned very well. Although they ordered small sizes, I’d recommend getting a medium if you’re a big eater (but they say it’s for two servings).
Service is as expected: straightforward and quick, yet still slow enough to ask for dietary restrictions or specific changes to a given dish (e.g. I asked for no cilantro). If you know Cantonese, Mandarin, Taishanese, or one of a couple other dialects, it’ll help you for sure. Otherwise, don’t worry too much about it if you feel pressured to order fast.
The lunch atmosphere was very hustle and bustle; I can only imagine what it’d be like by dinner time. Besides that, seating is limited and the room is quite tight so you might be asked to share a table if you have an odd number of people.
Lastly, is the food-to-dollar ratio worth it? Kinda. If you’re not a big eater and don’t eat this often, then yes. If you are and do, then no. But if you want a taste of home *and* to share that experience with your friends, this is a prime place to visit.“

“It’s a great spot for Chinese food and some sushi as well. Super local spot, it’s a real IYKYK kind of place. Great cuisine, awesome environment with great drinks as well. They have 3 different seating areas, bar area, more quiet side with the sushi chefs or the main dining area.“

“Just want to give a shout out to Osaka Lucky Garden. They were very accommodating and patient with my nana in a wheelchair ♿️ (Even when we came through the wrong entrance for that, when the rear has handicap access and parking). Also with my child that got impatient towards the end. They even helped with having my grandmother navigate through the back entrance once we were done with our meal. Big kudos!!“

“I had dinner here while I was in town for work. I’m not sure I got the best thing there; it seems to be more family style (like you order dumplings and a veggie side and share) and that was all too much for me to eat. I ended up getting noodle with a friend egg and bok choy and then had to add in spring rolls to meet a minimum to use a card. It was fine and service was friendly. Spring rolls were just like anywhere else and the noodle dish was fine, just not any sort of distinct flavor that would bring me back.“

“Great prices and quality. The food is always fresh, never greasy, not loaded with sodium, plenty of options. My favorite is the Appetizer Lunch or Dinner, you pick 3 and can add extra ones for a modest price. It's a mini PuPu platter with none of the things you don't want. Everyone in my office LOVES this place. We stopped ordering from the local well known place, both have excellent food, but again, love the options and price.“

“Love Honga been ordering for a long time! Someone from group needed gluten free - when I asked if there were any gluten free options they said it’s all gluten free! How can that possibly be? Know your ingredients! Some people can’t tolerate any gluten!“

“A Chinatown staple and my current favorite restaurant and bakery close to the Chinatown gate. Their bakery churns out the most creative and delicious baked goods in Chinatown like variations of the pineapple bun with coconut or cha siu and so many mooncakes. Credit card limit is low ($10?) and easy to hit. The dim sum is fresh and top notch. The aunties behind the counter are so kind and attentive.“

“BEST CHINESE FOOD WITHIN 50 MILES. 5 stars without a doubt. The food is always amazing. Ask for extra duck sauce.
Only issue with the place and believe me you'll learned to ignore them because of how good the food is, sometimes when they say 20 minutes for pick up its more like 45 minutes but that's fine. Their prices seem to be on par with other Chinese food places in the area, in my opinion all Chinese food is over priced but hey can't fault them for wanting to make money. Their food is well worth the price. we spend about $65 every time we go. It's enough food to make 2 adults uncomfortably full with enough left overs to do it again the next day. It's just as good reheated.“

“They gave me 6-7 bowls of rice and gave me some really good 41 general tso chicken. And then the Chinese uncle in the back gave me a LOWWWWW taper fade after giving me my order, which was great! Also the tra la le lo tra la la shark with blue shoes attacked me, but the Asian uncle in the back the kitchen protected me with his magical wok hay!! The employees treat me very well and the food is very good for its price! And the food comes with a barbadillo crocodillo with 6’7 boba tea milk shake. I had a very good time here! I would give this place 5/5 stars review because of the magical Asian uncle that uses his ladle to fight his enemies away from the Asian Dynasty! P.S. 674121“

“food was surprisingly fast and cheap, i thought maybe the noodles would be greasy and taste cheap, but nope these were actually very high quality noodles. this spot is a life saver for living in the area. tofu is extremely soft but the flavor was good enough for me to forgive it. i added some of my own vegetables and sauce to this and had it for lunch and dinner and had a great time. do not be foolish and live here while being ignorant of ding ho.“

“It’s exactly as you expect. Quick, flavorful & at a good price in a hole in the wall environment. Recommend the tomato based broth with sirloin. The bbq tripe skewer was great in flavor & crunchy texture. The bbq sausage felt like it was missing a flavor (maybe ginger or just cooking it longer to char/carmelize?) to complete it. The wife also says the tofu skin is wonderful.“

I regularly come to Fortune corner because they never disappoint. Fast and quality service . Food is always amazing, if you know what you want but don’t see it on the menu just call and tell them and you’ll be amazed by how quick and tasty the food is. Very fair price as well.
Thank you fortune corner for being the best around for many years!“

“I absolutely love this restaurant. It reminds me of the American dream !!! A very tight nit family all working together. I believe it’s 3-4 generations that work here. They are always very pleasant and their food is always fast fresh and hot. I have never had a single bad experience here and as of now I’ve probably ordered from here 20-30 times so far. This restaurant reminds me of the foundation this country was built on. Which is small business. I enjoy every aspect of this restaurant. You should give it a try and never judge a book by its cover !!!“
“A early bday treat for Harry…. “My go to place for inexpensive, quick chinese food. Unlike other restaurants in the area, they get my online order right 99% of the time, within 15 minutes.
Their chicken fingers are my families favorite, and their French fries are a hidden gem in salem.
Love their vegetable lo mein, though I wish it had more vegetables and ginger, I understand it may not be cost effective for them to add more vegetables like most other Chinese restaurants in the area offer.“

“My husband and I love J&J! We’ve been going faithfully since they opened. They have the best owners, staff, and Chinese/Asian fusion food in the area. Their sushi and drinks are top notch. Most importantly the service is amazing. We got a few trays of food from them too for New Year’s Eve. Not sure if they offer catering all the time but would def suggest not only dining in the restaurant but ordering takeout/catering as well!“

“We were in like after 9pm (9:05pm i think) before their 9:30 pm closing time. We were asking if they still accept dine in, the lady owner is nice and still welcomes us. I usually won't dine in when it is about any restaurant's closing time, but my friend and i were so hungry. Excellent food and the owner is very nice, thank you so much!“

“Jibei Chuan is the BEST rice noodle restaurant I've tried in Boston! Their flavors are authentic, the soup & broths are extremely flavorful, the rice noodles are plentiful per order for an equal ratio of rice noodle : toppings/broth, the toppings are diverse, the deserts are rich and authentic, and the prices are FAIR. Other rice noodle places charge around $15-$20 per bowl with minimal noodles, but Jibei Chuan gives you plenty of bulk for your buck (around $10-$15)!
The rice noodles in tomato soup and the rice noodles in MaLa soup are must-tries and the Hong Kong French Toast is a NECESSITY if you come!
The atmosphere is spacious and the staff are very friendly. The service is quick (around 5-10 minutes). 10/10!“

“★★★★★ — BEST EGG DROP SOUP IN TOWN
Fen Yang House has become the dependable dinner hero in our home—and judging by how often I see its white take-out bags on Atlantic Ave., I’m not alone.
What keeps us coming back
Dual-menu delight. Where else in Marblehead can you order picture-perfect salmon maki and a sizzling plate of General Gau’s chicken from the same kitchen? The Chinese standards taste exactly like you hope they will (crispy, not greasy, with sauce that’s tangy-sweet, not syrupy), while the sushi rice is shockingly fluffy for a suburban spot.

Lightning-fast service. Whether we grab take-out after work or schedule delivery through Uber Eats or Grubhub, the food is hot, neatly packed, and at the door in 30 minutes or less—even on Friday nights.

Can’t-miss crowd-pleasers.
Peking ravioli—tender dumplings with that addictively garlicky dipping sauce.
Crab Rangoon—golden, super-crispy pillows (a must-order for every game night).
Sesame chicken—perfect crunch-to-sauce ratio and real orange zest in the glaze.
House fried rice—loaded with big shrimp and BBQ pork, never oily.

Recent facelift, same neighborhood soul. The dining room makeover last year brightened the space with warm wood and modern lighting, yet still feels casual enough for a quick family lunch.
Marblehead Current
Fair prices & generous portions. One entrée easily feeds two (with leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch), so a full feast rarely tops what other places charge for just sushi.
Bottom line: From noon luncheon specials to late-night lo mein cravings, Fen Yang House delivers consistent flavor, friendly service, and unbeatable variety. If you’re in Marblehead and haven’t ordered yet, treat yourself—you’ll understand why this place is a local staple after the very first bite.“
