“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our coffee’s have been great but the GREAT customer service really matters to me.I look forward to going to this DD now each day. Hsu thank you for being such a ray of sunshine!!!“
“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.
Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.
Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks to the staff at this Dunkin location!“
“You know it is the place to be when you get asked for money at the door from every sports team ‘known to man’ in the Waltham schools. Servers are super friendly and ask the manager about cricket. Food is solid and always delivered with a smile and a senior dIscount.“
“Okaaayyy, I know it's just a Dunkin, but the staff gets my drink right every time.. and I'm a weirdo concoction person who always switches things up, even my sandwiches I'm picky due to "texture issues".. lol. This is only the 2nd Dunkies to get my orders right!
Parking: It's usually pretty busy, but although it's kinda tight, it's worth a second drive around!“
“There are of course lots of Dunkins. This is the one on Linden down in back of Bentley University across the street from the District Court. Online ordering and pickup but no drive thru so you must walk in but there is of course parking. Young staff who work fast. Never had a problem.“
“it's clean inside and they are fast although i wish people sitting inside that aren't eating would put their masks back on. i got a hot chocolate, hashbrowns, and a chicken bacon cheese croissant. the hot chocolate was great although a bit too hot, the hashbrowns were good as usual, but the croissant was just OK. i would get it again but not as a regular order.“
“Staff was friendly to me, order was ready just as I arrived. Theres only one criticism and its nothing they have much control over, the parking/access can be a headache depending on your timing. Not much they can do about it so i don't fault them (just the other people who don't know how to drive/park lol)“
