“I have been nothing but happy with my ordering from AK's. The delivery charge is minimal and the delivery is super quick. Even when I order around lunch time, with the order tracker, I can see it leave the restaurant promptly. Each delivery driver has been very friendly. I am in love with the soup of the day! Worth it, all around!“

“I have been frequenting this McDonald's drive thru for years. The service is consistently friendly and the food consistently properly prepared. There seems to be ample parking for eating in but I've only been inside once when the drive thru line was very long and it turned out to be faster picking up the order inside. I gave the atmosphere 4/5 because the inside wasn't particularly inviting and mostly filled with teenagers who just seemed to be hanging out.“

“I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. It was the difference between making money and not making money. I cannot thank Lester & Eddie (the gentlemen who did me the favor) of 5 Guys Waltham enough for their compassion, patience and kindness during a busy night, while still fully performing and servicing other paying customers. It is rare to find this basic humanity at corporate franchise settings. With a single act of kindness, Lester & Eddie transformed my night from one of desperation into one of joy. “The food is generally good most of the time. However, there was one instance when my burrito was poorly made by an employee who was distracted, talking to a coworker while preparing it. The burrito fell apart, and all the contents had to be transferred to another tortilla... The size of the burrito also varies, with it being a little small sometimes. Still, it's usually a reliable spot for a quick good meal !“
