“My friend and I ended up staying at the bar after having reservations in the dining room. We are so happy we gave the bar a go. Tayla our bartender, was the best. We told her to surprise us.. she delivered. From apps, drinks, entrees, desserts ( Banana Dessert ) was great. We cant wait to come back to see Tayla. 5 stars“

“We had a business dinner and everything was great. Food and service were excellent. We especially liked the dessert options and format - just enough but not too much. This was not my first visit to Seasons 52, but it was my first time are the Chestnut Hill location. Seasons 52 is always a good choice, it has something for everyone. “The amazing service was the standout. We started with lobster bisque, had filet mignon, whipped potatoes and asparagus for our entrees, and finished with chocolate cake and cappuccinos. I have had better steak (it wasn't melt in your mouth tender) but it was still really great, and the overall experience was wonderful. Cocktails and wine were also perfect. Highly recommend and will be back!!!“

“I don’t have too many steakhouse reviews but our experience at Mooo Seaport was outstanding. My wife and I, who live across town and don’t frequent Seaport, Ubered to Seaport last might for what turned into one of our best steak experiences in recent memory (yes it was that good).
We decided on the tuna tartare appetizer, followed by the Beef Wellington and cap steak (the latter, one of their specialties) and said we would be sharing everything. The tartare, a delicious combination of tuna, seaweed and a yummy sauce with seaweed and sesame oil flavor, was perfectly portioned on two separate plates for us, as was the Wellington, arguably the star of the evening (for my wife especially). Thin, crispy pastry surrounded the tenderloin and inside was an amazing duxelles with foie gras that topped the steak, served on a perfect red wine reduction.
However, for me, the cap steak was another level in terms of both richness and tenderness. Of course both steaks were cooked to a precise medium rare and paired perfectly with simple sea salt fries and a glass of CA cab.
Very solid beer and wine by the glass menus (and dirty martini loaded with blue cheese olives for my wife). Service was outstanding. In addition to everything being separated and perfectly presented, one of the servers from another table (Zach), whom we had known at the Capital Grille years ago, had recognized our name from the reservation list and came by to say hello! In addition, the manager came several times to make sure we had everything.
That level of detail, the “through the roof” level of the food and preparation, set Mooo above nearly every other Boston steakhouse, in the same conversation as Grille 23. Cheers, Mooo!“

“I went for a group holiday party with a set menu, but have a few allergies, so was very nervous to eat. However, the staff here was nothing but reassuring and accommodating. They communicated with us over the phone and when we got to the restaurant, they went above and beyond to describe my meal, their protocols, etc. The manager Adriana was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable and all of her staff was extremely professional. Food was very good as well, the warm bread and oil at the beginning was such a treat too!“

“I love StockYard. We haven't been in a long time as we moved faraway. Now, after 10 years we came back and it was like we never stopped coming to eat here. The food was super delicious. The NY Sirloin, and the tenderness of the Fille Minog was extraordinary. Outstanding customer service. The drinks were superb. And the complimentary chocolate cake with ice cream for Father's day was out of this world. Thank you.“

“Really wowed by this dinner outing with my daughters. We had an amazingly comfortable booth towards the back of the restaurant. Our servers were all fantastic and incredibly helpful. The food also was great. Among us, we had the calamari app which was perfectly prepared with a duo of sauces (aolu and marinara). I had the filet which arrived perfectly cooked and well seasoned. My one daughters had the lamb chops which she devoured. Other daughter had the chicken Milanese which often would be an after thought item at a steak restaurant. But this chicken dish would easily duke it out with some of the best Italian restaurants in the city The only criticism we had was with the lobster Mac and cheese. None of us liked it. It was heavy and just was not what we were expecting. We mentioned that we did not want it wrapped up to our server. We said nothing else than that and she removed it from our bill. She told us it didn't seem like we enjoyed it, so she did not want to charge us for it. Amazing service and we would have never requested that that be removed from our bill. Will be coming back for more special occasion meals!“

“We went for dinner on a Friday night at 7:30. the place was packed. It’s loud. But we were seated in a booth which gave us some privacy. \n\nOur service was not really communicative, but effective and fast.\n\nOur food was great:\n- Instead of bread, popovers with butter were served. Tasty.\n- Our small cold seafood tower was enough for 4 people. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared.\n- Excellent flat iron steak. Fries could be crispier, but still tasted good.“

“Our family of 5 were there yesterday/Thanksgiving for dinner. Our server Amanda was the best we have ever had at a restaurant. She is a gem, and they should be so happy to have her. This was our first time there, and the food was excellent. It is as good as Mooo, Capital Grille, Smith and Wolensky, and any of the high end restaurants at a lower price point. Don't hesitate to go there. You won't be sorry. Ask for Amanda to take care of you.“

“An impromtu visit to celebrate a work win. Always a fantastic meal, my wife's favorite steak prep method with the butter on her ribeye. The creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes are big faovorites too. Wine and coctails were equally satisfying and very well prepared. Service was very polite and timely but not obtrusive. Never an easy task and usually a challenge keeping our teenager's water glass full and napkin supply sufficient! We'll be back again soon!“

“This was my first time dining here and it was spectacular. The steak I had was perfectly cooked and delicious. Same with the French onion soup. The ambiance in there is also just great for a date night. Our waiter, William, was wonderful and brought us a slice cheesecake for my birthday dessert. I will definitely return!“

“This was our first time going to the Vermillion Club and could not recommend it enough! We went for Thanksgiving, and everything was made to perfection. There were plenty of delicious sides (special shout out to the homemade Hawaiian rolls) with the star of the show being the most delicious turkey I have had (especially the confit turkey leg!!!) We also had a delicious and decadent sticky toffee pudding and small pumpkin pies.“

“This sports bar serves huge, delicious salads and an excellent selection of beers. We had a family sized taco platter that we all shared. The salads came with little cups of dressing, with barbecued chicken with a sesame sauce and the tuna salad with a spicy dressing. The regular salad was so big that none of us could finish. We ate at an off hour so we had the restaurant to ourselves, making the conversation \nLevel fine. Our waitress, Kaitlyn, was adorable and accommodating“

“We visited before a show at the Opera House and had a wonderful experience. Although we had a reservation, I asked to sit somewhere less formal, and the hostess immediately offered us a perfect high-top table in the bar area. The atmosphere was lively, but relaxed-conversations buzzing, TVs muted, and drinks shaking. Our wine, filets, mashed potatoes, and creamed spinach were hot, delicious, and perfectly timed for our evening plans. Ruth's Chris never disappoints, and this Boston location made for a perfect mother–daughter night out. “

“We were celebrating our 16th anniversary and my retirement, and wanted to do it up right! We picked the right place for it. Coming in from Cape Cod, for a concert at Fenway we had reservations for Abe and Louie’s, but there were 2 at the bar so they let us sit there instead of our table. Our bartenders were great. To our surprise, Bree almost immediately said “Happy Anniversary!” And our drink order was taken. Michelle made a spicy margarita with a nice kick and a heavy glass, and a soda. Then we ordered shrimp cocktail which were brought out in mere moments. The shrimp were huge and cold and crunchy- perfect! We took our time and were not rushed to order our meal, but once we did, with Kendal, she asked all the right questions, offered to split our salad in the kitchen, and made some great recommendations. I wanted my Filet with their wedge salad as my entree and was told no problem. Our meal, my huge filet and my man’s ribeye were both cooked as requested and his suggested garlic whipped potatoes were creamy and yummy! The food was all out of this world, but what made the dining a true experience was the tango these three women danced around each other, each knowing what the other was doing and exactly what their patrons wanted. You can get a great filet many places but I pay for the service and we both felt like we were treated like royalty. Thank you Bree, Kendal and Michelle for making our anniversary and my retirement a true celebration!!“

“Wonderful experience on Saturday night with Jessica. She was so friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. Our runner was very friendly too. Everything was just perfect. I usually don't get a coursed/set menu but they had a wonderful option with add ons/upgrades that made it so much fun to splurge. Can't say enough good things about the staff and food. Too bad going out isn't what it used to be in terms of the clientele wearing decent clothes. I'm old school ... no baseball hats or sweatshirts at the table. Have some manners and pride.“
