“I had an amazing experience at this bakery! I bought the Dubai chewy cookies with cheese and monuts, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced.

What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind and patient, explaining every single product in detail and helping me choose. You can really feel the passion and care behind both the service and the baked goods.

“Everything and Everyone at this place is great. The regular, the iced, flavors, and they've got my Stevia even. Clean place, you're not afraid to tounch surfaces, nor does it smell like chemicals. Rare. Polite and cheerful folks behind the counter (and at tables too). EVERY TIME! “I grew up going and working here back when Pauline was the owner. All these years later this HD is still the same Cheers like place where you're home. Sam and Nimi are awesome and I know Pauline would be proud. “I have never been to Honey Dew before and I had a great first experience! I pulled up to the store at around 4:58pm not realizing that the store closed at 5:00pm because Antonio did not make me feel rushed at all. It wasn't until I got home and checked the receipt for the correct address to leave a review that I saw on the Google listing that this location closed at 5. I checked out at 4:59:19 PM ?. Antonio was so nice and made me the best Iced Chai Latte. I also ordered 5 Dew Drops so that I could try each type of donut. I have tried a couple so far and they are so good! (And I'm picky with my donuts).

It’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking, which makes visiting really easy. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations, and this one truly stands out as one of the cleanest and nicest. “Gorgeous shop, and they did take card for just one donut 🍩(other reviewer says they don’t ), but it was a LONG wait for one donut (maybe 15 min, and there were only three people. It wasn’t a long line).

Did not feel like a sustainable way to do a donut business to fry and dress the donuts for each customer on the spot.

They were tasty, but they did come in a tiny wax paper, which meant I couldn’t save it for a friend (which was my intent). The frosting smushed right into the wax paper. A paper bag would be better.

“In a service station. 2 Brazilian Staff had trouble underage my order and made mistakes entering it. We took our time amd verified and corrected 3 times since i was the only customer. Could be very tricky in crowded times or if you need clarification on options, orders or food limitations and allergies.

“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. “Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“The wellesly store was clean, service was fast and friendly in spite of how busy they were. There were 4 tables with chairs. A nicer envirinment than I remembered. Then I made a mistake ordering coffee. Coffee is a very personal thing. I was always a fan of Dunkin's coffee when I was young. Their hot coffee when you ordered regular was with light cream and several spoons of sugar. My coffee for years has been dark roast first with sugar only and now black. I had a short meeting at Dunkin because Starbucks near me took out the tables and I don't like Starbucks either. I just heard you gasp... I ordered black coffee and barely had a few sips. I realized later I should have had their old regular and maybe added a donut or two like I did when I was young.“

“I visit this drive thru at lease twice weekly on my way to work. I usually order from the app before arriving. The line tends to move pretty quickly considering this location seems to be extremely busy in the morning. My order is usually just as I ask. My go to drink is the refresher! They are the best location to buy my favorite drink because I have gotten it from other locations in the area and it is not always up to par. This is my favorite location!“

“The food was good, and the restrooms were pretty clean. However, the server didn’t ask what size drink I wanted—she just gave me a small, but I wanted a medium.

I really didn’t like that I was only allowed to stay for 20 minutes. I’ve never seen that before. I asked the employees if I could stay for 30 minutes, and they said no—my car would be towed. Why?

I’m buying food and don’t want to eat in my car. I also can’t eat that fast.

“Right off the westbound side of rt 9 in Wellesley, this is a nice little in&out Dunkin Donuts. It is just before Wellesley Mazda. The footprint is fairly small with a small parking area and a tight drive through. The small interior has just a few tables. The counter service is reasonably friendly and the coffee is served hot.“

“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“
