“I went about 6 pm and there appeared to be only 2 people working, the manager and another worker. A few other customers came in to order while I was waiting, and the manager was obviously a bit understaffed but so professional, apologizing for the wait to everyone, and helping to get the orders out as quickly as possible. Thumbs up for a man who cares about service and customer communication.“

“As someone who has Celiac Disease, I greatly struggle with finding good and safe places to eat.
Let me just start by saying, the staff here is beyond knowledgeable about their food, the ingredients, and with food allergies. I felt safe and secure eating there with my partner and some friends (two of whom are also Celiac). I ordered a caprese melt on gluten free bread with tater tots and chipotle mayo and immediately they were able to advise me that the mayo and the tots were NOT gluten free. They were able to offer suggestions, such as their chowder soup or their pre-bagged and sealed chips.
They were also amazing in asking if I had celiac or just a preference. They changed all of their gloves and utensils and prepared my food away from my partner’s food which contained gluten.

Honestly such an amazing place to eat. My partner and I have been saying how this very well just may become our favorite place to get dinner out!“

“I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

“I've enjoyed watching the expansion of the Jersey Mike's empire, now being able to find their food regardless of the part of the country I'm visiting. Their entry into the Cochituate market is a welcome one. Parking is available on the south and west sides of the building, and I recommend using the exit onto Rt 27, regardless of which direction you're trying to go when you leave. I had fun watching the sandwich techs make their bowl option - folding the assembled ingredients and using the bench scraper to dice the fixings into bite sized pieces. If you're looking to save calories, please pay attention to the details on the menu - bowls are, as expected, substantially lighter on the waistline than sandwiches. But the wraps only appear to offer a slight savings in calories.“

“I was travelling and stopped at the service centre on the highway/turnpike. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki Rice and Grain Bowl. It had lots of chicken, with some veges, rice and bits of pineapple. It was delicious - super tasty! Thanks to the staff for such a nice meal. Sorry, no pics. I had eaten it all before remembering too.“

“Awesome service. We were there Saturday, 3 sandwiches & a chicken Caesar salad. The lady taking orders was very cheerful and pleasant. The cook was quick and did a good job on our order. The Korean bbq was so good I finished it before leaving the parking lot and then ate some of my partners steak bomb and a little of my daughters salad. I wasn't hungry when we got there but the food smelled so good. Those two ladies work very well together and we enjoyed our short stop there. I would reccommend this location to all my friends if service is like that all the time. For a quick solution to lunch/dinner this was a very good choice for my picky family.“

“I can’t speak to the food but Cheryl in the 55 Needham Street in Newton Ma location went above and beyond. She is like a superhero in my book! My son was in Newton taking day long exams and I got a message from GrubHub saying his food would not be ready for 3 hours after the delivery time (it was scheduled to be delivered 20min before his break as a special treat and because he failed to bring a lunch).
And if you had the “pleasure” of going to school we all know nobody does well on tests on an empty stomach!
GrubHub made it sound like Jersey Mike’s couldn’t make the sandwich until 1p. So I went online and it said GrubHub could deliver from there in 20-30min. So why was my son’s sandwich going to be 3 hours late??? I called the store and Cheryl said his sandwich was already made and ready! How horrible is that is GrubHub to make it look like your fault? So I was on the phone with GrubHub when I got a call back from Cheryl (who hadn’t even taken my number down as far as I knew). She said that the Grub Hub driver was in the store picking up my sandwich. She even remembered it was for my son who was in the middle of exams! She wished him well on his exams. I have to say, as a busy solo parent this nearly brought me to tears! How genuinely kind of her and highly unexpected! I don’t know any other restaurant of any level (Michelin restaurants update you on your GrubHub status because there is a kid involved? No way.) that would provide this genuine kindness! Everyone else always says “I don’t know call GrubHub” and that’s the end of it. I certainly wouldn’t expect it. Thank you, SO MUCH CHERYL, for not only making my son’s sandwich with care but for seeing it through. That is a grand slam in my book! You don’t see this kind of customer service anymore.“

“Easily the best Subway sandwich I've ever had was made at this location on this past Saturday they gave us a deal without even asking for one and the staff members were extremely friendly and didn't even get annoyed or upset when asking for more toppings then they put on the sandwich originally. My main issue with Subway is when the person that makes the sandwich puts way too much sauce whatever the sauce may be on the sandwich at this location I asked for a light amount of sauce and they actually listened to me I would recommend this Subway to anybody that wants a Subway sandwich made right A+ for the team“

“Another great Jimmy John's. This location was across the street from the hotel I was staying at. My wife's and my sandwiches were prepared exactly as ordered and super fast.
