“These folks are amazing!! My daughter and her fiancée hired them to cater their wedding. The staff went out of their way to make everyone happy, bringing coffee out early when the weather was much colder than anyone expected in mid June. Chef Jeff Daigneau did everything in his power to make everything perfect, including making pizzas in the pouring rain. The BEST!!!“

My bison burger was a little undercooked but my waitress Sam was very accommodating as well as Kyle who came out to check on us. They not only redid my burger but give me another complimentary drink. “LongHorn Steakhouse – A Fantastic Steak & Seafood Experience in West Springfield

I had a great experience at LongHorn Steakhouse in West Springfield, where I ordered the Steak & Shrimp Combo with a Caesar salad and mac & cheese. From start to finish, the meal delivered on quality, flavor, and satisfaction.

The meal started with warm, freshly baked bread served with creamy whipped butter—simple but always a nice touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, topped with crunchy croutons and shavings of parmesan, a well-balanced start to the meal.

Then came the main course—a perfectly grilled sirloin steak, charred on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with Redrock grilled shrimp skewered and served over a bed of rice. The shrimp were plump, slightly smoky, and caramelized just right, with a side of melted butter for dipping. The mac & cheese was a standout, baked with a crispy, golden breadcrumb topping that added a nice crunch to the creamy, cheesy pasta.

The portion sizes were generous, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. LongHorn continues to deliver on quality steaks and flavorful combos, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommended!“

“Not very often that I stop at Chilis, but everything happens for a reason and it was something about there that made me check it out...turned out to be one of my best Sundays of the year despite the rain, ran into a gym friend and made new friends, Debbie and Kelly and shoutout to them for their kindness and their love and making themselves part of the fun and being in customer service myself, it means a lot and as many people know, the customer service industry hasn't been nearly the same and unfortunately wont ever be, but when you have gems like Debbie and Kelly, do everything you can to appreciate and acknowledge rhem and they deserve it all....stay wonderful sweet and lovely Debbie and Kelly !!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗💛💛💛💛🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾“
