“This restaurant never fails to disappoint they are by far the best restaurant in West Springfield and they make you feel the most welcome too. B Napoli has Phenomenal margaritas, a relaxing upscale atmosphere, friendly staff and incredible Italian cuisine that melts right in your mouth each bite. The service here was above and beyond I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cannot wait to be back again. Recommendations: Get the spicy strawberry margarita if you come it's made the “right” way with no mixes and a fresh house made strawberry puree that's to die for, you will never wanna get a margarita anywhere else around here after enjoying one here.“

“We had made Casa Di Lisa our date night spot when we travel to Agawam! We aren’t locals, we travel over a hour and half. We come here twice a year and we are never disappointed around our meals! The food is great and the prices are amazing for the amount of food they give you. We usually get the chicken parmesan however I think I should try another dishes as looking around all the dishes look so good! They have a yummy dessert menu too! Every time I’ve been here there was a man singing songs in Italian which makes the place even more special!!! Excellent job to the staff team at Casa Di Lisa! I must tell you this has become my favorite restaurant in New England. The food is spot on and reminds me of home. “Great food and fantastic service! The fish tacos and onion rings are fabulous. Unfortunately they had to give up the space they once had but just park at River Valley co-op and walk in front through outdoor picnic tables and you will arrive at the cute Captain Jack Shack!“
“Gives family owned diner vibes. Food is made to order. I ordered a Kielbasa, Egg and Cheese breakfsst sandwich and it was so good. Their onion rings were hot out the fryer and delicious as well. Pretty cheap/reasonably priced aa well. Highly recommend as a breakfast spot ?“

“Was looking for a change of food so decided to try Michael's. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Mississippi and The Soprano pizza. It was super fresh and delicious. Garlic on the pizza was perfect and the cream sauce on the pasta had just enough kick! Definitely ordering again!“
“My wife and I dined with another couple on a quiet Wednesday evening. She had the Lasagna, and I had the Eggplant Parmesan. Growing up in an Italian household, I am very fussy about Italian food. The food was exquisite. Nini's is not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny. The restaurant staff and facilities are also top notch. We highly recommend Nini's.“
“Hands down had the BEST waitress ever, (I hope I am spelling her name right), Rizza, her personality added to making our experience even better.HOWEVER- the bartender (Saturday 3/2 night) had the WORST attitude ever! (I also bartend and waitress)She didn’t even acknowledge me while I was the ONLY person at the bar, I let it slide, after a few minutes the manager came over and asked if I had been helped, (mind you I was apart of a huge party in the back, and I arrived late, so I went to the bar to grab my husband , myself and our other 2 friends drinks, we are all over 40yrs old) she snapped back at me with the continued attitude, saying they needed to know who the drinks were going to. I replied I can go get their IDs, she said then told me you need to just order through your waitress.That’s fine and I understood, YET did NOT understand why I was getting SO much attitude from her.I can’t remember ever being treated like that from any bartender/server in my life.Point being, don’t go to the bar!!! “I hadn’t been to Take 5 in many years. We went last night for my Mom’s birthday. Party of 5 and at 6 PM we were seated and served right away. Peggy was our server and was so attentive with team support. Food was excellent with a great variety on menus. I hadn’t eaten there in years as we don’t live in the area any longer but we will be back when we come home to Agawam again.“
“Based on mixed reviews we were unsure what to expect but were pleased with our meals. We chose baked fish dinners with rice or potatoes and zucchini. Delicious...everything was cooked perfectly, the zucchini wasn't over cooked and mushy and our meals were nice and hot when brought to the table. This isn't a fancy place... it's clean, simple and good ole down home cooking. Reasonable prices and nice staff.“
