“My family and I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A for over two years and often bring our dog, who always enjoyed getting a pup cup at the drive-thru.
Recently, with the change in management, we were told they no longer offer pup cups. We asked if they could charge us for one, but after about 30 minutes of discussion with an employee and the manager, they said they couldn’t provide it because they didn’t know what to charge and couldn’t give it for free.
In the end, our dog didn’t get a pup cup, which was disappointing since it was something he looked forward to. It would be nice if they could offer an alternative or clearer communication about the change.“

“i dont know why it took me this long to hear about this place but this can be the most underrated place in fall river. today was the first time trying it and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. Definitely recommend trying this places chicken sandwich and tea.“

“Haven’t been here in a long time. How refreshing to walk in and see such smiling and friendly faces, pleasant employees, great food, prepared correctly, and great prices! “I went to September 7 to McDonald's got a double fillet fish sandwich I called them they told me to go back I went back again September 8th for my double fillet fish sandwich and once again they messed it up trying to call them three times never pick up this McDonald's used to be really good one of the best one in New Bedford“

“The buffalo chicken pizza is one of the best ive had. The burgers are mid tier quality, but not bad for the price. Salads are nice and large.I do wish they used a number system for orders instead of yelling people’s names. The people working often pronounce names wrong, or yell in gibberish so it is hard to tell what name they are saying. Going by order numbers would be much better.“

“I told my friends about this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are yummy and the stuff is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we pass a lovely time. I recommend this place with pleasure.“
