I ordered the wagyu steak and it was absolutely amazing—perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. The Brussels sprouts were spot on as well, with that ideal balance of crisp edges and tender centers.
A special shoutout to our waiter, Clev. He was one of the best waiters I’ve had in a long time—attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely made the whole experience better. He took great care of us from start to finish.

“We stumbled upon Half & Half while searching for a place to get breakfast and stopped in with our 2 yo. Very cute interior with a friendly staff and delicious food. My wife absolutely loved her avocado toast with eggs and my breakfast sandwich was perfectly grilled. We ordered chocolate chip pancakes for our son who also chomped on my home fries and fresh fruit from my wife’s plate. The person who waited on us (the owner?) was exceptionally friendly and stopped off to talk through all of the various types of butter on the table (no, seriously, like four different kinds and all equally amazing!). We will definitely be back for lunch — and more butter.“

“I live in Bar Harbor, Maine, and one of my guests staying with us offered me a homemade bagel from this establishment. It's one of the best poppy seed bagels I've had in a long time, and the homemade chive cream cheese pairs so perfectly with the smoked salmon. It made my day eating this bagel after work. I love lox. It's one of the sweetest gifts a guest has ever given me. 💕 When I travel the coast looking at lighthouses this winter, this bagel shop will definitely be on my places to stop. The noodles were unique almost like a sticky rice texture. Prices are slightly high but it’s because the portions are massive. I could have split it with someone but I’m fat so I ate the whole thing. Lovely owners who are always the ones cooking as well. So friendly and pleasant to deal with.“
