A must order is the Tuna Collar - I've never had anything like it - it's huge, great for a crowd, bone-suckingly good (literally have done that) served with rice and nori! Also make sure you don't miss Tracy Chang's homemade nonalcoholic sparking teas - my favorites are the genmaicha and the hojicha - again I've never tasted a drink like this anywhere else. And then you have to end the night with a Basque Cheesecake - I particularly love when Pagu makes a seasonal Matcha or Ube Basque cheesecake! Pagu's dishes and drinks are across the board innovative but also welcoming and absolutely delicious!“

My wife absolutely loved her avocado toast with eggs and my breakfast sandwich was perfectly grilled. We ordered chocolate chip pancakes for our son who also chomped on my home fries and fresh fruit from my wife’s plate. The person who waited on us (the owner?) was exceptionally friendly and stopped off to talk through all of the various types of butter on the table (no, seriously, like four different kinds and all equally amazing!). “Great food but lately El Jefe's is taking a hit on bad reviews due to @GrubHub's poor ordering system with algorithm issues which I have brought to their attention, and seems they still haven't fixed since I placed an order months prior. On 3 separate occasions on the same date and time I received my order incorrect. When I compared the order from my GrubHub account against the receipt received from El Jefe's, it was determined I was missing many items from my burrito bowl. I contacted GrubHub in which they kept refunding me, and I also mentioned the issue. I ordered El Jefe's 2 more times and the same error occurred both times. I could see once they mess up the order due to reading it wrong but not 3x. El Jefe's only puts an order together based on the ordering slips they receive from GrubHub, so if something is off with GrubHub's ordering system that is what the restaurant is receiving and thus creating the order from. As much as these food delivery services are ripping off these restaurants, they got a nerve to make the restaurant take accountability for their mess ups and ordering errors. They're already scamming these vendors out of $$$ and continue to affect these companies in a negative manner. Time for these vendors to go back to the old delivery ways and cut the greedy middle man! These good delivery services are a total rip off with their high fees, whacked discounts that don't add up, and lack of customer service.“

“This was a fun dinner. The service was excellent and the food was a positive surprise! I spend a lot of time in Miami so I wasn’t sure what to expect going for Cuban food in Somerville. The food was good and drinks were well executed. The only thing I didn’t like is when we arrived it was not full upstairs on the main floor but they wanted to sit my party alone in the basement. That was weird. We asked to sit upstairs with everyone else and they were able to move us.“

Tried Pokeworks at Quincy Market in Boston and honestly wish I found this place sooner! The market itself was super crowded and a bit overstimulating on a Saturday night, and the location was slightly hard to find because it was packed with people — but that’s definitely more about Quincy Market being busy than the restaurant itself.

I did a collect order and highly recommend doing that because my food was ready straight away with no waiting around. The portions were EXTREMELY generous and definitely good value for money. I got the poke salad bowl with tuna and prawns and added literally every topping possible (which was great because there were so many included at no extra cost). Everything tasted fresh and filling, and I was seriously impressed by how much food I got.
