“Been on a total soup + noodle kick lately, so I finally made it to Kyuramen - Winchester in Winchester — & WOW, worth the hype! 🙌🍜 Started off with the spicy chili dumplings (perfect amount of heat) & the popcorn chicken, which honestly might be the best I’ve ever had. They may not look fancy, but they’re seasoned perfectly & cooked to perfection. I went for the Ying Yang bowl — so many protein options & so insanely flavorful. He got the tonkatsu omurice, which was not only delicious but such a fun presentation.“

“We took a friend out to dinner at Oleana last night for her birthday and it was one of the best meals we’ve had. We loved being able to share and sample so many dishes, and each one was a masterful balancing of herbs, spices and flavors. The service was also top-notch. We can’t wait to return! Absolutely outstanding brick oven pizza! We ordered five different pizzas and a charcuterie board for a group of eight, and we destroyed every last slice. Crisp, delicious, and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend this place.“

“I came to the Hummus Shop for a quick lunch before heading to a flight.

It’s a fairy hidden place, but there’s a sign on the street — you just have to go down the hallway. It’s a cozy spot with limited seating.

It was my first time here and the person working at the front was very helpful in ordering and walking me through the menu. They have a few main options based on their proteins. I got a pita with the eggplant. It was great!!! They were very flexible in making this vegan by replacing the egg with a couple of falafels.

Great food to go and it was delicious as well, the sauces were especially good. It was messy to eat but that’s what makes it fun!

Would definitely recommend, I hope to be back to try the vegan “chicken” as well.“

“We had an incredible experience at Grill 23 & Bar — easily the best steakhouse we’ve been to in Boston. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was phenomenal. We ordered both the filet mignon and the ribeye, and each steak was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and truly outstanding. The sides were just as memorable — the macaroni and cheese was rich and comforting, the Brussels sprouts were perfectly prepared, and the mashed potatoes were smooth and delicious. Adding the Béarnaise sauce on the side was absolutely worth it and paired beautifully with the steaks. Dessert was the perfect ending: warm chocolate chip cookies served with vanilla ice cream — simple, classic, and done flawlessly. A huge highlight of the evening was our waiter, Bernardo. We will absolutely be requesting him on future visits. He offered thoughtful suggestions, anticipated our needs effortlessly, and somehow managed to be there exactly when we needed him — and never when we didn’t, if that makes sense. I was anticipating an amazing wagyu beef burger given the $35 price tag, but it was very ordinary and forgettable. It was cooked well-done even though I asked for medium-well, and it had absolutely no flavor, not even a hint of salt and pepper. The fries were dry and not very good either. But the corn bread was absolutely delightful and probably some of the best I’ve ever had, and the pita bread with hummus and pimento cheese was delicious, as well. Overall, about 4 stars considering the appetizers saved the day, as the wagyu burger was a flop.“

“This was our second time dining at Ebi Sushi, and just like our first visit, everything was fantastic. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared every time. Our server, Amanda, was wonderful friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s service like hers that really adds to the experience. Jose, the owner, has truly outdone himself with this place. You can tell he takes great pride in what he’s built from the quality of the dishes to the amazing team that brings it all together. We’ll definitely be back again before the new location opens, and we’re looking forward to visiting that one as well. Ebi Sushi has become one of our favorite date night spots consistently great food, great people, and a great vibe. 🍣❤️“

WE FINALLY WENT, THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE PERSON AT CASHIER SAID WHEN YOUR READY TO ORDER YOU COME HERE, BLINDED BY IT AS IS A RESTAURANT NOT A FAST FOOD SPOT I LOOKED AT HER AND ASK FOR THE MENU SHE LOOKS AT ME AND POINTS INFRONT OF HER TO GO GET IT MIND YOU, THERE ARE 3 OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO WORK THERE .....I LET IT PASS AND TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE COMING BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS THE FOOD ACTUALLY WAS GOOD THE WEEK PRIOR. WELL SERVICE WAS ONLY WORSE THIS TIME AROUND, THE WOMAN AT CASHIER LOOKED BOTHER BY JUST BEING THERE TAKING OUR ORDER AS THE TIME PRIOR OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO ALSO WORKED THERE STANDING JUST THERE. WE GET OUR FOOD REALIZING I GOT CORN TORTILLAS ASKED IF THEY CAN BE SWITCHED TO FLOURONE OF THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSE WELL IF YOU DON'T EAT THEM THERE GOING TO THE TRASH AND I AM LOOKING AT HER LIKE OKAY IS FINE CAN I PAY FOR AN EXTRA ORDER OF TORTILLAS OF FLOUR. “Run don't walk to Pagu for absolutely scrumptious food that weaves together Japanese and Spanish Basques Cuisines! A must order is the Tuna Collar - I've never had anything like it - it's huge, great for a crowd, bone-suckingly good (literally have done that) served with rice and nori! Also make sure you don't miss Tracy Chang's homemade nonalcoholic sparking teas - my favorites are the genmaicha and the hojicha - again I've never tasted a drink like this anywhere else. And then you have to end the night with a Basque Cheesecake - I particularly love when Pagu makes a seasonal Matcha or Ube Basque cheesecake! Pagu's dishes and drinks are across the board innovative but also welcoming and absolutely delicious!“
