“This specific location was by far my favorite experience EVER! The staff was smiling from the moment my son and I walked into the building. We were greeted with positive attitudes, and taken care of as if we were the only customers there. Which by the way, the shop filled up immediately during a lunch rush and the vibe stayed 100% perfect. Richard went out of his way to show how easy it is to spread joy! I was super impressed with the fresh food and the joy that my son and I both received while watching this particular staff work! Thank you so much for making our day SUPER!!! “We love this place! The baked goods are our favorites, especially the personal sized cakes and loaded biscuits with seasonal fruit. Everything is made in small batches, always fresh and delightful. “We’re from the UK and quite literally never tasted or experienced anything like this place. We ordered the pastrami sub, sausage egg and cheese bagel and a cream cheese bagel. Just get everything on the menu though. The people are so hard working and so friendly, and the food was incredible - so much value for money!! If the shop is full for eat-in, then take it to go and take a short walk to the public garden. They also show the prem games! This was just so good. Thank you so much.“

Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. It's really nice to know that these non pretentecious simply good food places still do exist.“

“I went about 6 pm and there appeared to be only 2 people working, the manager and another worker. A few other customers came in to order while I was waiting, and the manager was obviously a bit understaffed but so professional, apologizing for the wait to everyone, and helping to get the orders out as quickly as possible. Thumbs up for a man who cares about service and customer communication.“

“This is a place near our Boston office. When I’m there I try to find new places to try and this one didn’t let me down.

The panini was killer. I had the grilled chicken and it was great. Everything seemed fresh including the bread which maybe is made there? 5/5

They also have Richardson ice cream and I’m always down for that.

“I honestly can’t recommend this place anymore. They have a frequent customer punch card which once completed grants you a free sandwich. I went and redeemed my card and purchased 2 bags of chips and a Diet Coke. When I get to work I check my account and he charged me $11.77. I assume he forgot to give me my free sandwich and go back. He then goes on to tell me that the bags of chips are $2.50 each, he charged me another $2.50 because I asked for hot peppers on my sandwich. He then says the 20oz soda is $4.25… I know he arbitrarily made up these prices on the fly as I was obviously a frequent customer and none of this matches up to my previous purchases. If you don’t want people to get a free sandwich don’t have the card.“

The sub was so full it was almost bursting and it’s all white meat chicken. Pesto sauce was real tasty too and not over saturated. I feel like you should always get a large since it’s essentially an extra sub for $2 more. My picture is 1/4 of the sub and it looks like half of one I get from other places.
