“Today I came in and got a Giant #7 and the whole staff was fantastic! I have a fish allergy and when I asked if they could have my sandwich not touch the tuna salad chunk on the board, they switched out gloves and handled it with extra care- you don’t find that often in the public sphere where cross-contamination can spell trouble- to Terrell (sorry if I’ve mangled the spelling), Jay, Mango, and especially the teammate in charge of the hot sandwiches (I didn’t get his name) but to all of you congratulations on the team!!!“

“Daughter and I stopped in after leaving Chili's because we never got service. Every single employee was professional at this Jersey Mike's location. Friendly, quick and attentive! Food was good as always. But it's Monday and that was Saturday and instead of fuming over Chili's sucking, I am praising a staff that could get away with mediocre service, but clearly doesn't.
