“We can’t recommend Sandbox Brewhouse enough! We reserved the space for our rehearsal dinner because we wanted a venue that allowed dogs and let us bring our own catering, and we could not have asked for a better time. Our guests absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor setup. The Sandbox staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and booking with Suni was incredibly easy. She was super responsive and communicative throughout the process. Plus, being able to play our own playlist was a huge bonus. Everyone loved the beer selection and the non-alcoholic options, too!“

“If you have not been to RAK Brewing Co. in downtown Frederick, you are missing out! This place has it all: amazing beer, outstanding cocktails, delicious food, and cheerful staff, all in a tastefully decorated and fun space. The atmosphere suits all kinds: from ladies night out, date night, family fun, gathering of friends, watch parties, Sunday brunch bunch, etc. The Yard side of the house offers a large bar and dining area, along with games like cornhole, darts, fooseball, shuffleboard, giant connect 4 and more. They’ve even hosted putting contests, disc golf leagues, and live concerts. The Lounge side offers a quieter and more intimate gathering area with ample choices of seating arrangements. The Lounge can even be reserved for private parties and events. I have hosted numerous friends and family at RAK, and I have also hosted my daughter’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party there. I can honestly say, this is my favorite spot in downtown Frederick. And when I can’t make it to Frederick, I can always find their delicious canned beer in several of my local beer and wine stores in Montgomery County.“

“I hosted my husband's 40th birthday at Monocacy Brewing, and it couldn't have been a better spot. The space is beautiful and really welcoming for a group. Massive shoutout to Faith, who was super responsive from day one, helping us set up tables and chairs and tying all our ideas together so everything came together with no hassle on our end.

They allowed us to bring in a hibachi chef for catering and we loved the live band they had playing. It was the perfect place for our group to gather and relax by the fountain with some delicious beer. If you're planning an event, definitely check them out!“
