“Great Breakfast Taco!Visited this place on a Saturday around 11:30 AM. There was a line and we waited about 25 minutes before ordering. Once we ordered, we got the Tacos relatively fast ~5 minutes.I like that the menu is not too broad. These are breakfast tacos, all of them with a soft flour tortilla. They serve 8 different Tacos. I did not know if the tacos were big and I was hungry so I went big and ordered 6. In the end I was able to eat just 4 of them.I think the salsa is something they can improve. I am not fan of the creamy salsas so the cilantro was meh. The charred tomato was just OK.If I come back I would do just 3 and it has to be: 956, Tio Willie and 513.Vegetarian options: There is a Bean Taco: El Frijolito. Not that good.“

“We had an awesome dinner tonight celebrating my birthday. I love the food and service at this restaurant every time we have been here but tonight was extra special. Our server Valeria was so quick, friendly and charming! All the servers sang to me at the end and gave me the most delicious cake!“

“My family and I celebrated my sister's birthday at El Aguila this weekend and we had so much fun! The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, the workers were organized and served the food to 64 guests quickly and without any problems. I would recommend El Aguila to those looking to celebrate a special occasion. The restaurant has plenty of space for events large or small. Guadalupe really did a great job communicating from the beginning of the reservation to the end. “I dropped in on an early Monday evening for take-out and had a drink while I waited. They have some pretty awesome menu items and it was quite difficult for me to chose. I opted for the veggie chimichanga. I ordered a margarita, snacked on some chips and delicious salsa and enjoyed the wait. After I dug in at home, I was pleasantly pleased with the presentation of my food along with the tastiness. It was amazing! I couldn't believe I've lived in the area my whole young adult years and never been there! Definitely a place to keep in your pocket!“

“Perfect spot to grab a bite after partying all night. (This location is open 24 hours) The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! I had the street corn with the Cabo San Lucas tacos both delicious options. The vibe and way to order is similar to a food truck. Unfortunately they do not have tables this food is all to go. But overall pretty awesome.“

“Happened past on a Tuesday at dinner time. I am so thankful we stopped in. The food was delicious, portion sizes were great, and it all came out hot. The atmosphere was phenomenal and the staff from start to finish were friendly and professional. This will be a favorite location and I can't wait to share with visiting family and friends.“

“Have been in and out of that Exxon many times, and never even considered eating here. I was hungry and grabbed a chicken quesadilla to go. It was one of the best quesadillas I've ever had, have since been back and gotten the steak and some other things. The cheese pulls are ridiculous. Hidden Gem!“

“I came here with a group for a friend’s birthday. The food was great. It was lively. The service was awesome. There was a lot to choose from on the menu. The value for the cost was amazing. I haven’t spent that little on a meal for 4 in a really long time. Everyone enjoyed their food and the overall experience. Getting the Happy Birthday song in a sombrero was an added bonus. Would definitely return.“

“This place made my little Texan heart so happy! Our family came on Valentine’s Day & enjoyed complimentary chips & salsa, tasty TexMex (My cheese enchiladas were perfect!), and I got to introduce my MIL to sopapillas (these were much smaller than what you find in Texas but still delicious).I often long for TexMex but between the expense of restaurants and the high chance of being disappointed, I rarely venture out. We’ll be back!Kid-friendliness: Easy- going atmosphere with kid chairs & menu (kid meals <$10)“

“Great spot for a large party, amazing service and delicious food. Wine by the bottle is very reasonable and cocktails are well made. The sense of humor is delightful as demonstrated with the photo hung in the bathroom in a place that is sore to catch your eye ?“

“Uno Más is an authentic Mexican Kitchen. The service, food, prices, and hospitality is superb. The food is true, authentic, Mexican cuisine. While the atmosphere is not that of a 5 star restaurant the food, and drinks surely makes up for it all. 10/10 I recommend anyone who love Mexican cuisine to try Uno Más!!“

“I really enjoyed eating at Samantha’s! I was so surprised to walk in and see a lot of families eating in there, which told me this was a popular spot with potentially a lot of returning customers. We ordered the argentine steak that was supposed to come with a chimichurri sauce but didn’t appear present on the steak, more so “flavored” chimichurri I guess.. and I ordered beef and ribs fajitas. The rice and beans were really good and tasty. I enjoyed my beef fajitas, but the ribs were a little too saucy and more American bbq tasting than Latino style. I see that they have a pork ribs entree on the menu which I may try next time to see if they’re any but different than the fajitas.I really liked that they had a large menu with many options so we can try different stuff each time we come back. Will be returning soon with local family!“

“I love this place. Used to go to Tippy's Tacos in College Park....for many years, and only realized the connection about 10 years ago. I don't go anywhere else for tacos or any Mexican food. Their guacamole is top notch. Even the sodas are good! I like the low key atmosphere and the staff are quite nice. Toucan Taco is the best place to go if you want good food, low key atmosphere and good people.“

“ONE OF THE BEST In DC still can't get enough of the swirl frozen margaritas. Food is always consistent. I've been in DC at least a decade always enjoyable, small wait time for table.Parking: Have a lot but it fills quickly. Annex parking is a couple blocks away and then DC street parking will be a challenge.Kid-friendliness: Yes accommodates children well.Wheelchair accessibility: Will need assitance to get to first dinning level“

“My husband treated us to lunch from Krazi Kebob, and his recommendation of the Chicken Kati Rolls turned out to be an absolute game-changer for my taste buds. As someone unfamiliar with this type of food, I had no idea what to expect, but let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Chicken Kati Rolls. The chicken was bursting with flavor. The recommended side of spicy sauce added an extra kick that elevated the overall experience. To complement the rolls, we also ordered fries. They were perfectly cooked and paired exceptionally well with a mayo dip. Adding to the positive experience was the seamless pick-up process. Ordering was a breeze, and when we arrived to collect our meal, everything was ready and waiting. Definitely coming back!“

“Great experience. The place is a bit small but wasn’t overcrowded even for a Saturday evening. The people service was fast and very accommodating, I guess that’s the plus side of only having a few tables to service. The atmosphere was nice, and the food was affordable. The only downside is I wish they had happy hour on Saturdays. Most happy hour these days are Mon- Sat if not everyday. It could bring more revenue for the establishment to have happy hour for a few hours on the weekend“

“Such a great neighborhood gem. The food is good and the atmosphere is cute and quaint. My only gripe is that on the website, it states the restaurant closes at 9pm/9:30pm. However, it’s more like 7:30pm! It always closes early for many different reasons and if you walk in to dine at 7:15pm, they’re looking at you crazy or May tell you that you can only order takeout. I wish they’d just change the times!“

“This place is in the middle of an alley. Came in wanting a burrito but got confused by the “WDB” acronym special with random ingredients so I called an audible and got Steak Chimichuri, later realized that meant “Well Dressed Burrito”. The music was chaotic. Food was great. Vibes were immaculate. 10/10 would do “

“Had their signature burrito. It was delicious. Cost was about $10; a couple of days before I paid $15 for a really terrible one from the DC food trucks. My daughter had bubble tea from a different spot in this food court that was also way better and cheaper than food truck. My conclusion is skip the food trucks and head over here and you will do much better.“

“This place is affordable and gives you tons of high quality food. They didn't scrimp on anything. The bean and cheese nachos were packed with cheese, beans, sour cream and guacamole. The beef soup had tons of beef and veggies. The fried black beans are awesome too.“
