“We headed to the spot at 9am on Sunday morning because we thought they were 24hrs. You can't dine in until 10am, and until then it's take out/delivery. I wish this was a bit more clear in the description.
It's the same as the Hot Dog Haus, they just do do take out/delivery of breakfast burritos.
The burritos were great. Filled to the max with eggs, sausages, and tater tots. They're big! Get ready for a nap after one of these.“

“Feels like something out of the ‘80s in the best way: letter board menu, cash only, Michael Jackson music, picture of Pope John Paul II on the wall, etc. Service can be a little spotty but the staff are always friendly. I’ve eaten here many times and everything I’ve had off the menu is great, just sometimes things can be unavailable because the place is so popular and closes early“

“This is a tidy little cafe with a nice selection of healthy eats. I had a falafel wrap with a side of spinach and potatoes and a green smoothie. They have a wide range of options, from their popular chicken shawarma wrap to chickpea or salmon salads, and fresh pressed juices. What stood out to me was the fantastic service. The owner made great suggestions based on my dietary restrictions. It’s a great place to unwind, and a welcome spot im the neighborhood.“

“Johana made our experience at First Watch exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from the moment we sat down. She checked on us at just the right times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed upbeat and made us feel like a priority. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine, and Johana absolutely delivered. If you’re dining here, I highly recommend asking for her. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Johana, for making our breakfast such a great experience!“

“We stop in because my daughter with special Down syndrome needed to use the bathroom really bad. Even though there was a no public bathroom policy, the young lady althat greeted us was very gracious and allowed her to use it. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. I decided to place an order
At this point Kia assisted me and she was very hospitable and welcoming. But what impressed me the most was the cleanliness of tje restaurant. I often get nervous allowed my daughter to use public restrooms, but this one was very clean and Kia stood at the door while I went in to assit my daughter to clean herself and get dress. A definite 10/10 experience. I'll be back!“

“Thank you for opening an outpost 10 minutes from my house. Service is always great and love the food. Today I had the Bacado Omelet which was great. Also took an order of the Lemon Blueberry Cornbread to go. It’s something for the table to share - or if you’re solo to eat over 3 or 4 days.
I frequently get the Traditional. Friends love the Lemon Ricotta pancakes.
Servers are terrific. Always friendly and welcoming.“

“Fantastic breakfast sandwiches in the area. Bagels are soft and seasoned well. You get a generous portion of bacon/sausage, egg and cheese. It's definitely worth the money. They have a lot of seating available if you eat there and there staff is very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!“
“Blueberry is the most popular flavor at Mission Muffins, but don’t skip the chocolate, cinnamon, or apple muffins. There’s even a chocolate-chip muffin affectionately named “A Milk Chocolate Chip Off The
Old Block.” Add banana to the muffin mix, and Mission Muffins calls it “Bananas And Milk (Chocolate Chips, That Is).”
Mission Muffins bakes yummy treats, and they are also on a mission to help people in need. Located inside a small trailer, Mission Muffins is a job-training program for Central Union Mission, one of the city’s oldest non-profits helping people find homes, jobs, and clothes so they can be safe and happy. Because of the mission’s inspiring work, thousands of DC residents now have better lives and brighter futures.
Here’s how it works. Mission Muffins teaches people how to bake and sell muffins and interact with customers so that they can earn a stable income. These activities help them develop important skills in retail, customer service, and time management. Once the participants move on from Mission Muffins, they are ready to go out into the world as
good employees elsewhere. Mission Muffins offers them a pathway to income and security.
In addition to offering delicious muffins here, Mission Muffins serves “Mission Mud” coffee to adults, of course, from DC’s oldest roastery. They also sell breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The breakfast sandwich here isn’t what you’d expect – it comes with an egg and meat patty inside a jalapeno and corn muffin. It’s one of the top sellers.“

“Nice spot.
Staff are all on top of things and run a tight ship. Place is always clean and stocked.
I’ve had many of their sandwiches and some of their soups. I’ve always been pleased. I particularly like the spicy sandwiches.
I’ve lived in one of the apartments above the shop for a few months now, and can attest to the quality being consistent over a 6 month period.“

“Love the friendly residents and staff. Just started living here and it already feels like home. The location is unbeatable (Whole Foods, dog park, Canal Park, Orange Theory, CVS...all within one block) and the cleanliness of the building is so nice. “This is my go-to for lunch when I am at the office and I've been going for 5 years. Family run business that makes the best sandwiches in Tysons. It's in the basement of an office building and is a very utilitarian space--you don't come here for the atmosphere. That said, it is always clean and well stocked with non-alcoholic drinks. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are both great. You can eat there, or grab and take back to your office if you are nearby. My co-workers and I think the prices are on the low side, but that may be the economics of their location. A typical sandwich there is anywhere from $3-$5 cheaper than what you would expect topside in the Boro or Galleria, and the portions are actually bigger.
The owners are the best of best. Always welcoming and friendly.“
“The food is absolutely amazing! It's fresh, full of flavor and unlike anything else in our area. Nikki is a doll. She and Jose are a dynamic duo! 10/10“
“I have been following pura vida on social media and was beyond excited to hear a new location was opening at mosaic!
My first impressions - WOW!
The aesthetic, friendly staff, healthy food options and fast service exceeded my expectations. I tried the blue butterfly latte and the veggie omlette - both delicious and so beautifully presented.
I cannot wait to return and try other menu options! Thankyou pura vida for an overall awesome experience!“

“Metroplace Cafe in Vienna is one of those under-the-radar spots that delivers. When I say under-the-radar, I mean it. I have lived in the area and commuted past this office building for 30 years and never knew it had a cafe. If it wasn't for the recommendation of a friend, I still wouldn't know about it.
It’s a no-frills deli that kinda reminds me of a school cafeteria but with a surprisingly wide menu and seriously good prices. They even have some Korean dishes. We tried the reuben, the cheesesteak, and the California chicken panini — all freshly made and really solid. Nothing fancy, just honest, tasty food.
What really sets the place apart is Ben, the owner. He’s incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell he cares about every customer who walks in. He also happens to specialize randomly in espresso drinks that would make James Hoffmann proud. Ben gave us latte, cappuccino, chai, espresso, and I forgot the rest to sample, all good. It’s rare to find that kind of coffee in a casual spot like this.
If you want something fresh, quick, and cheap, Metroplace Cafe is worth a visit.“

“Great cafe! They serve a good amount of food for a reasonable price. My wife and I stopped by for breakfast and had pancakes, sausage, and eggs. Service was quick and staff were friendly. Cafe was clean and modern. Don't expect a dine-in restaurant. This is a your typical cafe that serves local offices. They have plenty of seating inside and outside the cafe, however. We sat outside and enjoyed breakfast during a nice quiet morning.“

“I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and a half smoke with cheese. The half smoke was ok but far from the best. I probably wouldn’t buy it again. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was good. Plenty of bacon. Parking isn’t the best but it’s manageable. You’ll find a spot in the street somewhere. They’re not wheelchair accessible.“

“I've only done the hot bar/salad bar here and not MTO. Everything always seems very fresh, there's a great variety. The cashiers are super quick. Drink selection is huge (fountain and bottled drinks). Great option if you're super hungry or just need a little snack since the bars are by weight.“

“For $25 at lunch, honestly, it was a great value! They had a made to order pasta bar, wine and beer, sandwiches, salad bar, soup, hot entree, and dessert bar. Yes, the options were limited but overall everything was good. The place was pretty empty, and there was no one at the front desk so we had to walk in and find someone to seat us. Also, the sign says 18% auto gratuity added for parties of 6 or more, but we were a party of 2 and they added it anyway. Overall, for the price, it was worth it.“

“The Pancake House is just a few minutes away from Hyatt Regency Bethesda, and I'm so happy I took the walk. Also, very affordable.“
