“We dined there for a third time with our family on Saturday. Theresa was a knowledgeable, spirited server that made the outstanding meals beyond enjoyable. Every time we come to Baltimore, we have to stop there for a meal. The first time I went, I swear to you, I had a mouth "O" (trying to keep it clean here. Lol.). It's been that way every time. Atmosphere is spot on with the service and preparation. Thank you, Theresa and thank you, Thames Street for doing what you do best. Cannot wait for our next visit. One of the best restaurants we've every dined in.“
“Angel‘S’s is one of the worst seafood places to get crabs do not go to Angel‘S’s. They sell you baby crabs for large crabs that’s not how you do business. Drove out of town to get nice size crabs, and this idiot gave me baby crabs do not go to Angel‘S’s..“
“Amazing! Went for 2nd time last night - both times were with same Meetup group. Food was amazing! Appetizers, entrees, and desserts - all wonderful. And service was excellent! Tony was our server. He was gracious with a great personality. We will definitely go back!“
“Visited this location after getting great news from Johns Hopkins. I've been to many locations nationally and felt it was a safe bet to be "the" place to have a celebratory meal after a long ordeal. I was right, but it actually exceeded my expectations! Food was excellent and the service even better! Our server was Ilana and she was by far the best attentive and personable server I've ever had the pleasure of meeting (if you come here; request her!). I'll most certainly come here again should I visit Baltimore again.“
“The service and food was absolutely amazing! I drove in from Buffalo NY to watch the ravens beat chiefs. While that didn’t happen the one bright spot was deciding to give Angie’s a try. The food was absolutely amazing! The crab dip, the crab cakes, my 16oz ribeye smothered in the most perfectly cooked scallops, shrimp, fresh crab meat. It was phenomenal. I can’t remember his name but the guy waiter we had as well was a cool guy. He walked around when he had a minute and had conversations with all the customers so I left an extra tip. Next season when I’m back in town I will be paying them a visit again!“
“Typical touristy American style seafood restaurant. We ordered lobster pasta and lobster tails, and I would say they were good, not too expectionally good or bad, but exactly what I expected. The service was very good. We sat outside, and there were diners near us who vaped a lot on a windy day and used foul language while the restaurant seemed to welcome families with kids. Some people complained about them, and so did we, but one waiter talked to them only about vaping.“
“Amazing dinner yesterday, I had the Squid Ink Pasta and Caesar salad. It taste really good and the quality was really great. Nice food portions and excellent quality of food. I also had some drinks. The cocktails were awesome and so refreshing. Menu was excellent and they have great portions too. Nice setting and pleasant ambiance.“
“This was my first visit to Carrabba's for some time. What a GREAT choice!! I had one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten (chicken Bruchette) and the yummiest pasta salad, which was recommended by our WONDERFUL server (Francis). I brought home a piece of Tiramisu (also a recommendation). This is my favorite dessert and I couldn't have been more pleased!! WOW! WOW!! and did I say WOW!!! Can't wait to go back. Thanks for being the best server ever Francis!!Parking: No problem in Overlea“
“We ordered the limited time Chicken Box. Full sized wings tossed in General Tsao's sauce. Very tasty. We also ordered the Neighborhood Bird. Boneless thighs fried with curry seasoning. The rice and garnishes are great too. I really love the onions. $22 for a Chicken Box to-go is a bit much in my opinion. The service was great though. The kitchen only had one Chicken Box left after we had paid for 2. So they threw in a free drink , because we had to change our order. I DO want to try the red beans and rice.Parking: It's basically in a residential neighborhood. So you need to circle the block for a space or park in the shopping center parking lot, and then walk a block or so.“
“Love them. very good seafood and oysters but the last several times I haven't been able to sit out on the outside deck when it was clearly open. Also our drinks the other day were very weak. That's the first time ever. For the amount of money that we spend on drinks, they should have more alcohol. overall they're great!“
“We went to Koco’s today and it dawned on me, there is a bar that has all different types of people. There are Liberals, Conservatives, whites, blacks, Asians, gay, and straight people. For the time that we are in there, none of that matters. We are just people with no labels. We are people that come to this place to celebrate the best damn crab cake in the state. Sure, our bill is usually over $150.00 but, while we are in there, politics, race, and class mean absolutely nothing. To me, the food is second. What comes first is the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience. I would just like to thank this place for pulling all of this off. I live about 90 minutes from Koco’s and it is always a pleasure to get in the car and drive down 83 for an awesome dining experience.“
“We had oysters three different ways, all were outstanding. The fried oysters were amazing. My husband had the catfish entree, innovative preparation, he liked it. They have a good selection of beers and bourbons. The space is beautiful. Our servers were very good and offered good suggestions. We will be back.“
“Great spot for laid back water front dining. Sit in the back- over the water- great view!Wide variety of items on the menu including seafood, fish, mexican options, salads, burgers. Crab dip was pretty good..needed more Old Bay. Nachos needed fresh cheese and pico vs tiny cup of jarred salsa. The half and half crab soup was amazing!(1/2 cream of crab1/2 MD crab) Also the spicy shrimp and mussels were great! Live music on the weekends- great service!“
“The food is good. The restaurant is a bit outdated but rather large and in a good location. Parking is plentiful and for a fee. The service is good and I enjoy happy hour. Good for group outings and they can accommodate when you book ahead.“
“Prices here have become very high for a chain pasta place. Chicken dishes at Outback, their sister restaurant, are $15 and here chicken dishes are now outrageous at $22-25 dollars for smaller portions. Spent more for soup and salad at dinner for 5 small shrimp than I would have paid for an excellent filet at Texas Roadhouse with a ton of leftovers. Used to be a favorite place of mine, but with gluten allergies and huge price increases these past 2 years find it difficult to frequent. Above average food for a chain at fine dining prices. No longer a good value.Dietary restrictions: Staff accommodating and somewhat familiar with food allergies.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible.“
“This was our first visit, and boy, are we glad we decided to stop here. We were promptly seated and immediately greeted by our server, Keeley (sp?). She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and even offered some suggestions. Keeley was ver friendly and outgoing. Loved having her as our server! Keeley recommended the hush puppies; they were great!Hubby and I both ordered 2 snow crab clusters, which came with corn and potatoes. We loved that we could choose our sauces (or no sauce) and our spiciness level. Our food arrived at our tabke in a timely manner and was hot. We opened up those steamer bags, and the tantalizing aroma was a delight. The crab legs, corn, and potatoes were cooked perfectly! Yummmmmm! What an enjoyable dinner. We will definitely be back!“
“So when we first walked in the owner was super friendly and inviting. He immediately offered a fried shrimp sample and their seasoning was really good. The crab cake had large chunks of crab and the hush puppies were crunchie on the outside and moist and sweet on the inside. Owner was very nice and other people that were regulars gave good recommendations. Now my new fried shrimp, crab cake, hush puppy place!“
“Great panoramic views here to go with some scrumptious cocktails. Staff was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Appetizers and entrees were what one would expect for the price and nicely presented. Mushroom soup appetizer and the lobster with squid ink pasta entree, along with the seabass, were underwhelming. The ricotta appetizer, along with duck and short ribs entrees was delicious.“
“Very good high end American fair. We were in a large group and had a set menu. All item where prepared well and tasted great. The drink menu was vast and unique, I had a sparkling passion fruit lemonade which was new to me. I would like to return to try the full menu.“
“First timer! Easy reservation process. Wasn't crowded at all. The crab egg rolls were very good. As well as the wings. I didn't order any drinks. I did, however, order the gumbo. To me, it was too salty and not enough rice. The entrée was plentiful. I had enough to take home. Super friendly staff that served my table. Food came out extremely fast. The atmosphere was nice and cozy. Parking can be sketchy but the restaurant was worth it. I'd go back to try another entrée and get some drinks.“
“Baltimore is Little Italy has a new bright shining star! Recently purchased by a young chef from Sardinia Italy, La Tavola, fresh new dishes and exciting menu. Native dishes from Sardinia like cuguliones And others highlight the attention to detail in their exciting new kitchen! I highly recommend this restaurant for their excellent food and remarkable service. Ron don’t walk to La Tavola.“
“The food was good the shrimp po boy had great reviews online. It was huge definitely got my money's worth. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was soft and fresh. The shrimp was fried and seasoned perfectly. The cheesesteak the cheese wasn't that good but the meat was good bread was thin. The cheesecake was over priced and thin but it had a good flavor. The can soda wasn't cold. The service was fast and the food was hot. I didn't eat in I got door dash but the food was warm enough when we got it. I would definitely order the shrimp ok boy again.“
“Best crab house that I've been to in a long time! I love the ambiance and the service. It's a laid back vibe with friendly people. Lots of different sizes of crabs available. The oysters were good too. And we loved the hush puppies with the cinnamon honey butter. Be aware that they don't sell liquor, just wine and beer.“
“What an experience! So I decided to drop in at UO. So happy that I did. It was a nice vibe on a Wed afternoon. I started my meal with a Drink: Kingston Snow Day and a starter: Deviled Eggs. It was pretty good. The drink had me in a trance l, it was delicious and strong. The deviled eggs were good, not overly seasoned, just fresh ingredients. Of course I couldn’t leave w/o trying the oysters and all I can say is wow!! Delicious, fresh and the side dressings that come with them just enhances the flavor. These aren’t ordinary oysters, they taste exactly how they are described on the list. Add UO to your restaurant roster.“
“At a tagliata, I recommend trying the classic Tagliata di Manzo, which is thinly sliced grilled beef typically served with arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan shavings. It's a delicious and flavorful choice that showcases the quality of the meat. Enjoy your meal!“
“This is by far the best chicken and fish place in Baltimore. The fastest selling item is the macaroni and cheese. People are coming in and ordering just macaroni and cheese sometimes and they're ordering extra on the side with their meal. And the cabbage is to die for oh my god I don't know what he puts in the cabbage but it's great. If you're looking for a place to get some good soul food this is it!“
“A fantastic find! We wandered in on a Thursday night without a reservation and were seated promptly. The food arrived quickly and was quite delicious. Our waiter Raphael was very attentive and a pleasant conversationalist. We enjoyed the stuffed calamari, Dover sole, and lobster pasta. All were very delicious. I elected to filet the Sole myself, but please note that it does come bone-in. The stuffed calamari is not the little calamari bites, but is the size of a chicken breast. The lobster pasta is very fresh, and the sauce has a sweet acidity that is to die for. Will return again!“
“OMGosh, we just got Large males from Kent Island Seafood and they were absolutely delicious. They were huge, heavy and filled with mustard. Seasoned to perfection. We will tell others and will be return customers. Kudos to Kent Island Seafood. Sincerely, Ed V.“
“Where to start with this gem?! First off....everything from the moment we stepped in the front door was on point. Host knew our name and had reserved table ready and waiting. Great intimate atmosphere in both bar and dining room. Cocktails were excellent....best Manhattan on this trip thus far. Menu is manageable and clearly based on fresh, in season components. From the Susan's Shrimp appetizer...to the Maryland Crab Soup, perfect starters. Then an entree of Maryland crab cakes with roasted Brussel sprouts and slaw, accompanied by in house tartar, well played pairing. The other “off menu” entree offering was pan grilled red snapper topped with lump crab and velvety beure blanc sauce with roasted root vegetables.....heaven! Finished off with a house grand marnier creme brûlée....NO words! Chef Akbar has outdone himself and still takes the time to check on his patrons table-side should you request, as I did. Do yourself a favor and book dinner here!!! #cheers“
“First I want to say this is my first time ordering from here. So I just want to say based off the presentation I just knew the food was going to be good ? 10/10 for the presentation. Now the food it self was so good i forgot to take a picture. The jumbo crab cake was the best one I have ever had. And the chef’s special sauce is to die for. Omg. The lamp chops were delicious it’s was my first time eating lamp chops so I was a bit nervous but whew chef rock has me sold I will be returning to order more from him“
“Went here for my bday and it was my friends first time here. My family loves this restaurant. Wish it was little more bday friendly though.Food was really good, my picky eater child also loved it. Price wasn't bad either. Will probably return sometime soon with my mom & sister.“
“Dylan’s is Baltimore’s best oyster spot. The oyster selection is spot on, with representation for the best regions (PEI, Maine, Massachusetts, Washington state). There’s one oyster on the menu that’s particularly excellent: West Robins from New York.“
“We stopped by on our way home to try soft shell crab for the first time. Everything was delightful - from the staff to the seafood! I wish we lived closer, but we will definitely come again next time we are in the state! Thanks y'all! :)Notice: They kindly recommend calling to order, as apps tend to charge extra even for pickups. I can confirm that their direct prices are much better. Good to know!“
“These wings are really good. Very very tasty. Great variety of flavors, with very solid prices as well, 10 wings for $13.The guy working the register is extremely friendly, and he has just excellent service. I would go back just for him.The interior is not very good, very basic, and there are only 2 tables with 2 chairs each. But most of the clientele gets to go anyways.Vegetarian options: Every item on the menu is chicken or seafood. If you're a pescatarian you'd be fine.“
“Came here due to a friend’s suggestion and the food did not disappoint, well except the lobster bisque. BUT the lump crab cake, the soft shell crab, and the butterfly shrimp were all good. I have not had soft shell crab such as this in a long time and it was tasty. Wifey loved the crab cake. Lil man got the butterfly shrimp but he was more interested in my soft shell crab lol. Unfortunately, the bisque was okay. There was no lobster meat in it. Surprisingly the potato salad was a hit as well!!Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Baltimore. Plus there is garage parking right next door.“
“I grew up in Lake Shore but live in Rochester, NY. This is our place to get a taste of Maryland when we visit! Always great flavor and huge portions. Additionally, friendly, helpful staff! As my 83yr old mom navigates cancer treatment and little appetite, her bright spot is the funnel fries and a cup of soup. We thank you for being patient with us on New Year's Eve as the last customers of the night! Forever customers!“
“This has become my new ritual when I drive from NJ to DC and back. I have to stop at Nick's for a dozen of the best crabs anywhere. The crabs are fresh, steamed and spiced to perfection, and served with great customer service. We are never going back to the pirates at the DC Wharf again. Nick's is a real jem.“
“My husband is a truck driver and gets to drive by jimmys at least once a week. I am a seafood lover having a bad week he thought it would be nice to treat me to jimmys , i absolutely love this place my firt time ever and i love it ,the service is great Rinny was great as well . I will definitely will return and bring some friends with me.“
“The best crab cake I have ever had the pleasure to eat. The waitress was very informative, prompt and hospitable. We had made reservations, arrived at 6 and the place was empty. We ate and upon leaving I noticed there were still no other patrons in the restaurant.I love old gems like this place and hope this review brings about more foot traffic.“
“Came here in the summer and it is just what you could want from a seafood experience. The crab pretzel was melty, rich, and delicious, and the stuffed shrimp was fresh and full of flavor. Everyone was kind and lovely, and this is such a wonderful and warm place to sit down for lunch!! I just can't recommend enough. 1000% worth a stop!!“
“Had a 70th birthday celebration for my wife there on March 30, 2024 with just under 40 people attending. Staff there was absolutely first class. The waitress Tianna handled us like an experienced professional. Food came out in a timely manner and was prepared perfect. They also allowed us to decorate prior to start of event. I love to see black owned businesses ran right with a good attitude staff. They are rare but this is one of them. I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely consider them in the future.“
“We had an awesome dinner last night. In town from FL but originally from MD and had a group. Service was great. Loved the wedge salad, cream of crab, and blackbottom cheesecake! Large menu, many desserts. Delicious crab cakes. We look forward to making this our stop in spot when we're back in town!“
“Good food. Be forewarned, if you get something and don't like it, they WILL NOT switch it out or refund you.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not saying it's impossible to get wheel chair in there but it's gonna be reaaaally hard.“
“I really like their cream of crab soup, the crabcake is good, but they put it on top of the fries, maybe because it was to go! Even though it is in a food hall if you eat there they put the food on real dishes not paper which was a nice surprise! Definitely a must try!!“
“MY GOODNESS!! Just got a platter with a crab-cake, fried shrimp, fish, scallops, steamed shrimp, hush puppies , rice/vegetables, colesaw.... I also ordered a half dozen of FRESH raw oysters ..(I know, i know, everyone don't like em' raw?) Anywho, it was all amazing!!! Not to mention a Mix Flavored slushy was super refreshing!! Customer service is 10/10! Straight up love!......Keep in mind, it's 2 seperate parts of the store...One side is sorta like a fresh seafood market, and the other is a carryout. All the same staff though...They also sell large seafood boils, that are bomb! Prices aren't cheap, but very affordable. Besides, you get what you pay for.“
“We made reservations online in advance for our anniversary and were absolutely thrilled by our experience! From the professional, friendly staff to the cozy, small bistro atmosphere down to the excellent food and cocktails - we really enjoyed our experience and will be back!“
“Due to my military career, I hadn't been to G & M in about 15 yrs... the renovated restaurant is fabulous. The food is still fantastically flavorful. We order Crab ? Cakes, Pork Chops, open face hot turkey sandwich, Chicken Parmigiano, & Linguini with Garlic & White wine shrimp. This was a GREAT meal! I'm so glad to be able to take my family with me to have this food experience.“
“Crab-Town USA Is a great atmosphere to Dine in or Take out. Waitresses in bartenders are always efficient and fast. Super nice an relatable down to Earth they definitely work hard for their tips. This place is always Neat and Tidy, Clean the bar is never dirty tables always clean. This place Is kid friendly they have Pinball machines Arcades games for everybody. They just have a little bit of everything on the menu, at a decent price. They make their cakes in house I believe a slice of cake is $6.50 but it's a hardy piece of cake ???? “My "small" lo mein was closer to a med/large. They filled a small, and it was so full they double packed it in another container. Hospitality was top-notch, so warm and inviting to my family. We orderd combo lo mein, cream cheese wonton, and sautéed carrots/brocc. Delicious!“
“My Family just got done eating a bushel of Male crabs. They were absolutely fantastic. My mother in law is from Baltimore and she was very happy with the size of the males and the quality that was sent. GREAT JOB I'll be definitely buying more soon.“
