“We had dinner there this evening, and everything was great. The server was so sweet and helpful. She helped one of our kids with us to figure out what sushi he actually wanted. She was on top of it with drinks, food, boxes and cleanup. The chef was fantastic! He was funny, talented in his skill and the food was delicious. We were told at the end that he was the owner, which made the whole interaction even better. He took the time to do his job and talk to us, all while getting ready to feed a party of 80 people. I highly recommend this place!“

I have to say that is the best salmon, or meal for that matter, that I've ever had. The food is always great, but that was over the top. I hope they keep that on the menu permanently.“

“Now I have been eating at Capt pats for years, my whole family has and never had issues. Last night was for sure a bummer I called in the morning and put a order in for a half bushel of males for 5 pm. We had friends from out of town visiting who never had crabs. Now we live 30 mins away. We went all the way there picked up our crabs and got home and got everything set up and we literally had 20 crabs! I was so upset. I called them by this time it was 6:30, and they didn't even give us a call, yes they had my number. The lady started laughing saying yes your other bag is here. So not only did we have to make that drive back down there, our crabs also sat out for almost 2 hours. That second bag was not very tasty and our whole night was just ruined. Ofc I'm still going to eat there it's my fav place but yesterday was for sure upsetting and ALOT of time and gas wasted“

“1.5 HOUR DINING LIMIT!!!! Chief's will always be one of our favorites! The food is terrific 100% of the time, year after year. The staff work really hard to make us feel welcome and attend to all food/beverage needs. My one criticism (and everyone I've spoken to feels the same) is the 1.5 hour limit for dining. We don't go out for a leisurely dinner often, so when we do, we like to order appetizers, main courses, desserts and plenty of drinks. When you find yourselves a minute into dessert and a fresh round of drinks, and it's time to pay the $250-$300 check and leave b/c the 1.5 hour limit is up, it's a total bummer! This time, we actually had to pick up our desserts & drinks and find room [for only some of our party] at the bar, so we could finish. If you are going to have a time limit, put a timer on the table. At least that way, when your time is almost up, you can forget about ordering the desserts and last round of drinks. It was too embarrassing to rush to carry the rest of our meal to the bar, just so we could finish what we paid for.“

I always get the whiteing basket and shrimp. However the crab soup is to die for! Everything is always made fresh to order. Nothing is ever sitting around. “If we'd done take out, I'd probably would have given it 5 stars. We weren't in our area so needed to eat in. The dishes were fine but the flatware was plastic. Our food was reasonably priced and plentiful. It was also hot and crispy items were crispy. The wonton soup had 3 of the biggest wontons I'd ever had. The egg roll was delicious and crispy. We had honey chicken and orange chicken, both excellent. The fried rice was great too“

“Great place. Chill vibe. This is the place where you want to meet people for league games like darts or cornhole. Excellent rotation of IPAs and local beers. Josh and Sabrina are wicked friendly and make anyone feel welcome. They have done an excellent job with renovations to the inside.“
