Truly a relic of a bygone Chipotle era pre - E. coli/bowlslop. Generous portions and good staff. Also has a patio and sells beer. Far and away best chipotle location“

“We had an early dinner before attending a performance at the Ford’s Theater. We made reservations through Open Table and were immediately seated upon arrival. The service was great. Our server recommended several dishes that we loved. There were abundant vegan and vegetarian options. Chilorio de Res tacos were mouthwatering as were the Hongos en Milto ones. In fact, every dish we ordered was delicious. One dish (chilaquiles) never arrived from the kitchen but we were pressed for time so we opted to have it taken off our bill instead of waiting for them to prepare it separately. Dessert, Cafe de Olla, was phenomenal. Pics are only some of the items we tried. Great atmosphere for date night and a milestone birthday celebration. Highly recommend.“

Very happy with the food (delicious, fresh tacos), drinks (spicy margarita and watermelon tequila drink were a hit!), and the service was friendly and prompt. “I came in with my girlfriend and we ordered the burrito and quesadilla. The food was amazing. The portions sizes were big and the food made me feel light. The customer service is some the best that I have ever had. The owners did a great job at explaining the menu and were quick to extend a helping hand. They were so kind and gave the place a warm and welcoming vibe. Also big shoutout to all the workers who helped make our meal and a special thank you to Vikas who was our server. He treated us so kindly and made the experience 10x better. I cant wait to go back and try other menu items.“

The corn tamal, grilled leeks w/ mole, and lamb neck barbacoa were some particular favorites, but everything was delicious, fresh, and carefully crafted. “Having recently attended Vera for dinner on Saturday night I was delighted by the new drinks & food on the fall menu. I sampled both the Raiz de Fuego (smoked Basil Hayden with carrot and pumpkin) and Zahra Na'isa (chamomile pear gin & tonic) -- both drinks I would happily revisit-- the Raiz de Fuego particularly blew me away. The smell of the smoked wood and warm flavors brought me back to happy fall memories with family :)
The food was delicious with the zaatar guacamole and Lebanese chicken rolls being strong stand outs. The bartenders were all very helpful and provided 10/10 service throughout my meal. Overall, fantastic experience that made me happy I live in DC!“

“I got a burrito, the rice had a rich lemon cilantro taste, the beans were good. The carne asada had a great taste. The tacos salsa was good that you need to eat with the tortilla chips… I highly recommend it. The prices are not bad respectfully for the food quality.“

“I was so lucky to be able to try this truck a few times when the first started a couple of years ago and loved it then. I brought some international colleagues to this truck, making big promises, and Tacos Mi Rancho is still my favorite truck after all these years. With the 3 year gap of having it, it was still the best taco truck in my opinion. Food came out fast even though they had a long line of customers and the quesobirria was perfect as always. I also think they price very reasonably! My international colleagues were blown away by their food.“

“Honestly this has been my go to spot for years as I loved their farm to table, healthy, vegetarian tacos! However, I sadly won’t be returning as they’ve just added chicken to their menu! Such a shame- vegetarian spots in dc are hard to come by- there are countless other places that serve chicken tacos. Such a shame, as I always brought all our friends and family here! Hope they change it back to all vegetarian!“

“The place to go if you want to have authentic Mexican food.The place small with few tables and some tables outside and the parking is really tight unless you go on weekends round 7 when the adjoining shops are closed.This being a authentic place you will not get the free chips and salsa but the food is delicious.I had the chicken tacos which are topped by pineapple slices and you get 2 tortias in 1 place,the meat was so flavorful and my daughter had the birra and it was amazing.i would highly recommend this place for the food.“

Parking in the hotel garage right next door was around $25, but it was well worth the convenience for such an amazing experience.
