“I love to come here with my friends after school. The pizza melts are almost always good, and usually great. The seats in the back have a nice atmosphere, and the employees are chill. I don’t know why this potbelly has worse reviews than the others in our area, because every time i get a pizza melts from a different potbelly it has less stuff and is just worse. The friendship heights potbelly will always have a spot in my heart.

“We took the family out to dinner tonight, and tried N&S on a whim. We were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, quick service, and quality food. Everything was hot and tasty, fries crispy and well-seasoned. Portions and price for value are both really good. We will definitely return!“

“The best experience! From the moment we walked in Carlos was very attentive, it was my families first time there and they were unsure about the safe flavors. He came to us with all the sauce flavors to try. He took his time to explain everything. He checked up on us to see how we were doing. He also came and recommended dessert which was sooooo good. “Was lucky to be in Barcroft Plaza today, and stopped to eat for the first time at HoneyGrow! An employee explained their menu and options, very helpful. “I came here during my lunch break on a weekday. All the pizza options were available and I got the buffalo chicken slice. I don't make that much $, but the pricing was totally worth it. ($6 I believe) The pictures don't do it justice, but if you like NY style thin crust with that grease drip, you'll love this. The crust had that dough bubble that I love, and you could hear the crunch echo throughout the cafeteria. I would love to see some gluten-light offerings in the future but for now? A quick bite for good quality? You won't be disappointed.“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“I had visited a Chopt once before, but my recent visit truly stood out. This particular location is one of the cleanest and friendliest I have encountered.

I received a warm welcome from the staff, and I was impressed by the expanded menu offerings, especially the addition of steak and salmon. Carlos, one of the managers, recommended the Southwestern Steak Salad with avocado and a blend of chipotle ranch and Mexican Goddess dressing. It was absolutely delicious!

Despite it being a busy lunch and seemingly fewer employees working, Carlos took the time to provide recommendations, and his suggestion was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

“We visited DC this weekend from NC. I went to DC Vegan with my non-vegan husband. Two days later he's still raving about the chick'n cutlet club. He said it was the best "chicken" sandwich he ever had and I can't convince him it was actually vegan 😆 Well done friends 👏👏 I had the artichoke bowl which was fantastic and the cheesecake is to die for! Wish we could have stayed in DC longer as I would have loved to try the other menu items.“

“I love Chopt Salad, and I come to this location at least once a week. The ingredients are always so fresh. What I am disappointed in is the service after 3pm. I walk in at 545pm and only 2 people ahead of me, and 4 gentleman behind the counter. Grant it they are cleaning up, but ignoring customers, and leave one gentleman to pack salads, chop, and ring customers is unacceptable. Bad customer service will definitely have me going next door to roti.“

“I was so very impressed with this place. I was greeted by the manager as I waited in lunch line. He told me about options for alternative lower calorie dressings. I had the Edamame Crunch. It was absolutely delicious...the veggies and lettuce were so fresh! Great flavor. I had cucumber taziki dressing...also delicious! Great healthy vibe here. And reasonable prices. Very impressed!“

“I came in one evening for lunch and I grabbed the new salmon bowl and it was a delicious healthy bowl that I had. I went to the gym after and even felt amazing. There’s definitely a difference on what type of food you put in your system especially for a workout And this restaurant provides that fast pace, fresh healthy food, and most importantly, most generous, polite, and patient service loved it.“

“The Chopt in Ballston is a gem! It’s just a block from my office, so it’s become my go-to spot for a healthy lunch. Everything is crisp, colorful, and flavorful! The dressings are delicious (Mexican Goddess is my favorite!) and portions are generous without being heavy.
The staff here are always friendly and efficient, even during the lunch rush. I usually try to sneak over a bit early before noon to beat the crowd, and it’s always a smooth experience.
If you’re in the area and looking for a quick, wholesome meal that actually tastes great, I highly recommend the Chopt Ballston location!“
